  Il Bed and Breakfast “Antico Portègo” è il luogo giusto per chi vuole visitare e conoscere Venezia vivendo da veneziano in una zona di mercatini, negozi, “bacari” e ristoranti. Il BB è situato nel centro storico, a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e da Piazzale Roma (linea 1 del vaporetto, fermata di San Marcuola) nel sestiere di Cannaregio, il più esteso e vivace quartiere della città.

Siamo circondati da alcuni dei monumenti più importanti: la chiesa di San Marcuola con quadri di Jacopo Tintoretto, il Ghetto ebraico, la fondamenta della Misericordia con la chiesa della Madonna dell’orto (affreschi del Tintoretto), il Casinò e la Ca’ d’oro e poco più in là il Ponte di Rialto con il suo caratteristico mercato.

Ci troviamo in un punto strategico da cui è facile raggiungere ogni parte della città sia a piedi sia in vaporetto e al vostro arrivo saremo lieti di fornirvi tutte le informazioni sugli itinerari, sui ristoranti, sui musei e gli eventi culturali da non perdere.

Il B&B Antico Portègo è situato in un tipico palazzo veneziano del ‘500. Al piano rialzato c’è la “suite delle candele”, un piccolo appartamento con disponibilità di uso cucina privato se volete.
Al primo piano ci sono, ognuna con bagno privato, la “camera gialla” (singola) e la “suite dei mercanti”, camera doppia con salottino privato. ogni stanza ha la sua cassaforte. Tutta la casa è arredata con mobili antichi (ognuno rappresenta un pezzo di storia della famiglia) e si affaccia su due corti interne di cui una con la vera da pozzo. Dopo un’intensa giornata di fatiche turistiche potrete concedervi un po’ di riposo al fresco nel portico o vicino al pozzo.
La colazione “all’italiana” è servita nella sala da pranzo o, se preferite, potrete consumarla comodamente seduti ad uno dei tavolini del “Caffè Goppion” (subito fuori dal portone d’ingresso) osservando la vita della città che scorre lungo la “Strada Nuova”.

If you want to visit Venice living like a real Venetian in a zone of little local markets, shops, “bacari” and restaurants the B&B Antico Pòrtego is the perfect place. We are surrounded by some of the most important Venetian monuments: San Marcuola church (with Tintoretto’s pictures) and the Jewish Ghetto, Fondamenta della Misericordia and Madonna dell’Orto church (with Tintoretto’s frescos), the Venice Casino and Ca d’Oro, and we are not far from Rialto bridge and his typical market. Antico Pòrtego is in a strategic point of the town, just few minutes walk from every important site.

At your arrival we’ll be also glad to supply every information about every interesting events not to be lost.

Our bed & breakfast is situated in a typical 16th century palace with two internal courts. The whole house is furnished with ancient family’s pieces and each rooms has a private bathroom.

At the ground- floor there is the “candles suite”, a little romantic flat with private kitchen, if you prefer to do yourself. At first-floor there are the “yellow room” (a single room) and the “traders suite” (a double room with a little private sittingroom).

When you are back tired after an interesting day of sightseeings you can rest near the well or under the ancient portico. The Italian breakfast is served in the diningroom (our buffet includes tea, coffee, milk, freshly made orange juice, fruits, yogurt, different kind of bread, cereals, croissant, butter and jams) or , if you prefer, you can have breakfast sit at “Caffe Goppion” (it is just out the door) looking at city life flowing along “Strada nova”.

Il est parfait si vous voulez visiter Venise comme un vrai vénitien dans un quartier des petits Marchès, des magasins e des “bacari”.

Nous sommes entourès de quelques-uns des plus importants monuments de la ville: l’église de San Marcuola (avec tableaux de Tintoretto) et celle de la “Madonna dell’orto” (ou il y a des fresques du meme peintre), le Ghetto hébreu, le Casinò, la Ca’ d’Oro et pas trop loin le Pont de Rialto avec son caractéristique marchè.

Antico Pòrtego est placè dans un point stratégique de Venise pas loin des tous le monuments plus importante de la ville.

Nous habitons dans un palais du 16me siecle avec deux cours. Toute la maison est garnie avec les anciens meubles de famille et chaque chambre as sa sale de bain. Au rez-de-chaussée surélevé il y a la “Suite des bougies”, un apartement romantique avec une petite cuisine si vous préferez être independents.
Au première étage il y à la “Suite des marchants”(chambre double avec un cabinet privé) et la “Chambre jaune” (chambre individuelle). Quand vous rentrez après une journée de promenads dans la ville vous pouvez vous reposer près du puit or sous le portique.
Vous pouvez prendre le petit-déjeuner (avec du tea ,du café, du lait, jus d’orange, des fruits, yogurt, du pain, des cereals, croissants, beurre et confitures) dans la sale ou, si vous preferez, chez le “Café Goppion”(petit déjeunre à l’italienne) en regardan la vie de Venise que coule dans la “Strada nuova”.

  Das bed & Breakfast Antico Pòrtego ist die ideale Unterkunft für alle die, die Venedig wirklich kennen lernen wollen, so wie es die Venezianer erleben, in einem emsigen Viertel mit Geschäften, Märkten und Restaurants. Es ist im Zentrum, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Piazzale Roma entfernt (Haltestelle ‘San Marcuola’ des Linienbootes Nr. 1) im Stadtteil ‘Sestiere Cannaregio’, dem größten und lebhaftesten Viertel der Stadt. Ringsum gibt es viel Interessantes zu sehen: die Kirche von San Marcuola mit Gemälden von Tintoretto, die Kirche der Madonna dell’Orto (Fresken des Tintoretto), das Judenghetto, das prächtige Gebäude Ca’ d’Oro und nicht weit entfernt die berühmte Rialto-Brücke und einen charakteristischen Markt und das Casinò.

Wir befinden uns an einem wirklich strategischen Punkt, zu Fuß oder mit den Linienbooten erreicht man problemlos jeden Winkel der Stadt, wir geben Ihnen gern Auskunft über Rundgänge, Restaurants, Museen und Veranstaltungen aller Art.

Das B&B ist in einem typisch venezianischen Gebäuden aus dem 16. Jh., den Eingang bildet ein großer Porticus.

Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich die “Suite delle candele”, die Kerzensuite, ein kleines Appartment mit Küchenbenutzung.

In der ersten Etage sind ein Einzelzimmer, “das gelbe Zimmer” und die “Suite der Kaufleute”, ein Doppelzimmer mit Privatsalon.

Alle Zimmer haben stilvolles altes Mobiliar und gehen auf zwei Innenhöfe hinaus, in einem ist ein malerischer alten Brunnen.

Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag lädt dieses schattige Plätzchen zum Ausruhen ein.
