 Siamo
una azienda agricola funzionante con coltivazione di
cereali,oliveti,vigneti e allevamenti di cavalli.Abbiamo ristrutturato un
nostro casale in 4 appartamenti con 2,4 o 6 posti letto, su una
collina,molto tranquillo e rilassante con un panorama a 360°.Il casale č
circondato da un grande giardino recintato con il manto erboso e con gli
alberi.Nel giardino ci sono due barbecue,un grande parco giochi,il
parcheggio e la piscina.
Ogni appartamento ha il suo spazio privato,o giardino o una grande
terrazza.
Il casale di San Martino č situato ad un chilometro e mezzo dal bel
paesino medievale di Calvi dell'Umbria.Qui si trovano i negozi,la
pizzeria,il bar con il gelato artigianale.
Da visitare; il museo,i murales,il presepe di terracotta ,la facciata del
Fuga della chiesa principale.
Il 11 di maggio e per 4 giorni, si svolge la festa del Patrono San
Pancrazio con cortei in vesti medievali, molto suggestivo.
Per Corpus Domini c'č l'infiorata, la strada che attraversa il paese
sarą decorato di fiori ,la festa č molto sentita e
tutti partecipano.
Per chi ama le passeggiate c'č un percorso tracciato nel bosco,della
durata di quattro ore e mezzo.
Dal casale parte un percorso attrezzato della durata di un ora intorno al
nostro laghetto.
Siamo a 50 min. di macchina da Roma e un ora circa da Orvieto,Todi,Spoleto
e Perugia.
Vicino da visitare abbiamo Otricoli con il suo antico Ocriculum ,la
cittadina deliziosa di Narni,praticamente intatta nelle sue strutture
medievali. Lingue parlate:inglese,francese,spagnolo,tedesco e
svedese.
The Casale San Martino, in Umbria Italy, contains 4 apartments and is
situated on the top of a hill, a lucky location the local people say.
There
is a huge garden surrounding the farm house with an expansive lawn and
trees, all very green and peaceful.
We are 400 m above sea level with a 360° degree panorama over hills and
valleys. Looking to the east, you can see the Preappenini Mountains.
All apartments are well furnished with antique family furniture. In the
garden there is a swimming pool, barbecues and a large playground for the
children.
Il Terrazzo on the first floor, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed
and one with a double bed and two singles, full kitchen, bathroom and a
large terrace with garden furniture.
Il Pino on the first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom,
living room with two single beds that become sofas during the day,
fireplace, kitchen and a private garden.
Il Leccio on the ground floor has a bedroom with two single beds, bath
room, large living room with a double bunk bed, wall kitchen and a very
spacious private garden.
Il Cipresso on the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, small
kitchen, bathroom and a private garden.
Louise is Swedish and has been running her agriturismo since restoring the
property 9 years ago.
