L’ agriturismo “ i Colli” è composto da 4 case distinte e separate immerse nel verde e in un clima di assoluta tranquillità. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PADULE E’ una casa colonica completamente rinnovata, pur mantenendo la struttura dell’epoca,che gode di una vista a 360 gradi. Dispone di una piscina ad uso privato degli ospiti, e di un ampio spazio verde, ambedue completamente recintati. All’ appartamento, posto tutto al primo piano, si accede attraverso una scala esterna che conduce direttamente alla cucina. Esso comprende 3 camere da letto ( 2 con letti singoli ed uno con letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto nel soggiorno), 3 bagni completi , 2 terrazze spaziose, lavabiancheria, lavapiatti, barbecue,altalena e piscina privata di m.13 x 6,5 m profonda 1,05 x 2,45 .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IL FIENILE E’ parte di un più ampio complesso architettonico, che all’inizo dell’800 era una fattoria, ma ha un suo ingresso e gode di assoluta tranquillità. Ha un ampio giardino, tutto recintato e usufruisce di piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. L’ appartamento è situato al primo piano e vi si accede da una doppia scala esterna. E’ composto di un ampio soggiorno, con due grandi finestre che guardano la campagna e Todi, due camere da letto con 2 letti singoli ciascuna, 2 bagni e una cucina. Vi è una lavabiancheria, una lavapiatti e la possibilità di 2 letti aggiuntivi nel soggiorno. Piscina:di m.13 x 6,5 m profonda 1,05 x 2,45 .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PIAN del ROCCHIO E’ una casa colonica costruita nel 1884 con ampio spazio verde intorno, ed una piscina (di 10 x 5 metri, profonda 1-1,5 metri) ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Si entra nell’ appartamento, che è tutto al pianoterra, dal soggiorno o dalla cucina. Ci sono due camere da letto, ( una con letto matrimoniale, ed una con 2 letti singoli) e 2 bagni (uno con doccia e uno con vasca). Al primo piano abitano i custodi che hanno una parte di giardino loro riservata.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STILLO E’ un piccolo appartamento con una vista spettacolare sulle colline verso Todi. Questo alloggio dispone di un’ ampia terrazza ombreggiata e di uno spazio aperto per barbecue ed è composto da due stanze da letto con 2 letti singoli, 2 bagni e un soggiorno con angolo cottura.
WELCOME Our farmhouse is placed near the village of Collelungo, an ancient medieval fortress of the XIII century overlooking the River Tevere Valley. The view towards the hills surrounding Todi is wonderful. Collelungo is in the heart of Umbria and its position is ideal to visit the Region. Todi is only 18 kms far, Perugia 35, Spoleto and Orvieto 45. To get to the village from the south, take the highway A1 exit Orte, then take the freeway E 45 up to the fork for Marsciano and follow the signs for Fratta Todina, Spineta and Collelungo. If you come from the north, take the highway A1 up to Orvieto exit, take the road to Todi along the lake of Corbara, and then follow signs to Fratta Todina, Spineta, Collelungo. The farmhouse “I Colli” is composed of four different and separated buildings plunged into the green and a quiet atmosphere. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PADULE, COLLELUNGO This country house has been restored preserving its traditional old style and enjoys a 360° view on the surroundings. It has a private swimming pool and a large green area, both completely fenced. The apartment is on the first floor and the entrance is up an external flight of stairs leading directly into the kitchen. It is composed of three bedrooms, two with two single beds, one with a double bed, and a sofa bed into the living room; three bathrooms, two spacious terraces. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, barbacue, swing of m.13 x 6,5 m profonda 1,05 x 2,45 .Private swimming pool of 13 x 6,5 m, depth of 1,05 x 2,45. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IL FIENILE, COLLELUNGO It is part of a wider building that at the beginning of the XIX century was a farm, but it has its own entrance and enjoys an absolute independence. The apartment has a large fenced garden and a private swimming pool. It is on the first floor and the access is via external double stairs. It is composed of a large living room with two wide windows overlooking the country surrounding Todi, two bedrooms, each room contains two single beds, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two entrances, one to the living room and one to the kitchen: There are two bedrooms, one contains a double room and one two single beds, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath-tub. The keepers live on the first floor and part of the garden is reserved for them.

It’s a small apartment with
a splendid panorama over the hills of Todi. It has a spacious shady
terrace and an outdoor area for the barbacue; it is composed of two
bedrooms, each with two single beds, two bathrooms and a living room

BENVENUTI Il paese di Collelungo, intorno al quale si trovano le case di
questo agriturismo, è un’ antico forte medioevale del XIII secolo, che
domina la valle del Tevere ed ha una vista magnifica sulle colline
circostanti in direzione di Todi. E’ situato praticamente al centro
dell’Umbria ed è un luogo ideale per visitare la regione. (Todi (18 km)
, Perugia (35 km), Spoleto ed Orvieto (45 km) ecc.) Per raggiungerlo,
arrivando da Sud, occorre percorrere la autostrada A1 fino all’ uscita
di Orte, poi la superstrada E 45 fino al bivio di Marsciano, quindi
andare a Fratta Todina e da qui seguire le indicazioni per Spineta e
Collelungo. Per chi arriva invece da Nord, si deve seguire l’A1 fino all
‘uscita di Orvieto. Si segue poi la strada per Todi che costeggia la
lago di Corbara e successivamente Fratta Todina, Spineta e Collelungo.
