L'appartamento, che può comodamente ospitare 2-3 persone alla volta, si trova nella tranquilla e silenziosa frazione di Montelaguardia. A 200 metri dall'abitazione avete servizi di ogni tipo, come un supermercato con panetteria, un bar-enoteca, giornalaio e parrucchiere. Die Wohnung, die bequem 2-3 Personen beherbergen kann, befindet sich im ruhigen Ortsteil Montelaguardia. In nur 200 Meter Entfernung finden Sie verschiedene Geschäfte, die Ihnen den Aufenthalt erleichtern: Supermarkt mit Brottheke, Bar-Weinhandlung, Zeitungsladen und Frisör. In einem Augenblick erreichbar sind ferner eine Pizzeria und ein Agriturismo, wo Sie zu abend essen können. The green region of Umbria gives you the possibility to visit not only the great capital of Perugia, but also a number of little medieval towns, which await you with plenty of points of historic and artistic interest: Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Todi, Montefalco, Spoleto or Città della Pieve, for example. As an alternative you can meditate on the magnificent panoramic view of Lago Trasimeno with its islands, where you can admire the beautiful blossom of the spring. Our holiday house is suitable for 2 or 3 persons, and is situated in the quiet village of Montelaguardia. Only 200 away there is a supermarket, a winebar, newspapers and hair stylist, as well as a pizzeria and a farm offering healthy country food for your dinner in the evening. A pochi kilometri dal centro di Perugia, una delle più antiche e
suggestive città medievali d'Italia, è situato ROLAX, un piccolo
appartamento, in posizione collinare tra distese di ulivi e splendidi
scorci panoramici su Assisi. L'appartamento è composto da una camera da
letto matrimoniale e un soggiorno con cucina, ed è dotato di tutti i
comfort. ROLAX dispone di un ampio bagno con vasca e lavatrice; nella
cucina c'è un forno elettrico con piastrelle a gas. Un piccolo balcone
vi offrirà la possibilità di fare colazione all'aperto e di prendere il
sole.
Nur wenige Kilometer vom eindrucksvollen Zentrum der mittelalterlichen
Stadt Perugia entfernt, befindet sich ROLAX, eine kleine Ferienwohnung
in hügeliger Lage zwischen Olivenhainen und malerischen Ausblicken auf
Assisi. Das Apartement besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen
und einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche, und ist mit jedem Comfort ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über Badewanne und Waschmaschine; in der Küche
steht Ihnen ein Herd mit Elektroofen und gasbetriebenen Kochplatten zur
Verfügung. Ein kleiner Balkon lädt dazu ein, draußen zu frühstücken oder
ein Sonnenbad zu nehmen. 
Only a few kilometres from the centre of historical Perugia, one of the
oldest and most suggestive medieval towns of central Italy, a little
apartment in hill position between olive trees and beautiful panoramic
views to Assisi awaits you. This is ROLAX. Our holiday home has a double
bedroom and a living room with kitchen, and can offer you every comfort,
as a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has a
gas cooker and electric oven. A little balcony invites you to have
breakfast outside or just to enjoy the sun.
