Locanda Matilda e' un'antica casa padronale del 1700 circa, situata
nella campagna mantovana, immersa nel verde, a soli 5 km dal centro.
L'ambiente rilassante della casa, dove sarete accolti con garbo, calore,
simpatia e cordialita' e' il nostro biglietto da visita! Le ampie stanze
mansardate con soffitti in legno, travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto,
sono arredate con mobili antichi tipici della zona. Che il Vostro
soggiorno sia a scopo turistico o di lavoro, per una notte soltanto o

nostro scopo è di riuscire a farVi tornare non solo perche' volete
visitare Mantova e cercate una sistemazione adeguata, ma perche' Vi
piacerebbe soggiornare nella nostra dimora, fare colazione all’ombra di
un salice rigoglioso e nel pomeriggio visitare Mantova, situata a due
passi, magari raggiungendola in barca, sfiorando con le mani i fior di
loto.
Locanda Matilda is an ancient manor of about 1700, located in the
Mantuan countryside, swathed in greenery, at only 5 km from the centre.

Our big rooms with mansard-roof and wooden ceiling, rafters and floors
in terracotta tiles, are furnished with typical antiques of our region.
Whether you come here for a holiday or a business stay, just for one
night or for one full month, we would like to offer you an unforgettable
souvenir. We will give you advice about a different itinerary, a place
less known, but not for this less interesting, a particular dish of our
local cuisine, of our land that we love so much, of the Italian corner
where we live and of which we are very proud. Our purpose is to make you
come back not only because you want to visit Mantua and you are looking
for an appropriate accommodation, but also because you want to stay in
our manor, have your breakfast in the shadow of a luxuriant willow and,
in the afternoon, visiting Mantua, located very close to us, maybe going
there by boat, trailing your hands on lotus flowers.
Die Locanda Matilda ist ein altes Herrenhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und
liegt im Mantuanischen Landgebiet, ganz vom Grün umgegeben und nur 5 km
vom Zentrum entfernt. Die entspannende Umgebung des Gasthauses, wo Sie
höflich, herzlich und freundlich empfangen werden können, ist unsere
Visitenkarte! Die großräumigen Zimmer mit ausgebautem Holzdach,
unverputzten Trägern und Fußboden aus Terrakottafliesen sind mit
typischen altertümlichen Bauernmöbeln eingerichtet. Sowohl für eine
Vergnügungsreise als auch für eine Geschäftsreise, für eine einzige
Übernachtung oder Aufenthalte bis zu einem Monat, möchten wir Ihnen ein
schönes Nachdenken hinterlassen sowie einige nützliche Tipps geben: ein
ungewöhnliches, fast unbekanntes, doch interessantes Reiseziel
vorschlagen oder ein typisches Gericht der lokalen Küche empfehlen -
wichtige Aspekte eines Gebiets, das wir sehr lieben, und Souvenirs des
Eckchens Italiens, in dem wir wohnen und worauf wir sehr stolz sind.
Unser Ziel liegt darin, Sie anzuregen, wieder nach Mantua zurückzukommen.
Nicht nur weil Sie die Stadt besuchen wollen und deshalb nach einen
Übernachtungsort suchen, aber weil Sie in unserem Gasthaus noch einmal
aufhalten möchten und hier ein ruhiges Frühstück im Schatten eines
üppigen Weidenbaums und dann eine Stadtbummel genießen wollen. Die Stadt
Mantua liegt nämlich nur einige Schritten entfernt; wenn Sie wollen,
können Sie sie auch mit dem Boot erreichen, indem Sie die Lotusblumen
leicht berühren.
Locanda Matilda est une ancienne villa remontant au XVIIIe siècle
environ, placée dans la campagne de Mantoue, immergée dans la verdure, à
5 km seulement du centre. L'atmosphère relaxante de la maison, où vous
serez accueillis avec politesse, chaleur, sympathie et cordialité, est
notre carte de visite!Les grandes chambres mansardées avec des plafonds
en bois, à poutres apparentes et les carreaux de terre cuite, sont
meublées avec des meubles anciens typiques de cette région. Que votre
séjour soit à but touristique ou de travail, rien que pour une nuit ou
pour un mois entier, nous souhaitons vous faire cadeau d'un souvenir
très beau et vous donner quelques précieux conseils concernant un
itinéraire différent, un lieu moins connu, mais non pas pour cela moins
intéressant, un plat particulier de la cuisine locale, de notre terre
que nous aimons tant, du coin d’Italie dans lequel nous vivons et dont
nous sommes très fiers. Notre but est de réussir à vous faire revenir
non seulement pour visiter Mantoue et chercher un logement approprié,
mais également pour le plaisir de séjourner dans notre villa, pour
prendre votre petit déjeuner à l'ombre d'un saule fleurissant et, l'après-midi,
visiter Mantoue, à quelques pas de notre villa, même en bateau,
effleurant les fleurs de lotus de vos mains.
