Lo spirito che anima la nostra attività agrituristica non ha carattere esclusivamente commerciale. Se state cercando un alloggio agrituristico tipo hotel a cinque stelle probabilmente Ca'Betania non fa al caso vostro. Se al contrario intendete offrirvi una vacanza che sia occasione per recuperare valori veri, legati alla cultura di tradizioni autentiche, di luoghi magici, prediletti da una natura dolce che invita a ritrovare se stessi, quasi certamente siete capitati nel posto giusto. Questa nostra non è una strategia commerciale ma una scelta di vita, siamo convinti che il primo valore sia l'uomo e che il rapporto umano sia lo strumento principe per arricchire e dare senso alla vita. We are convinced that the most important value is man and that human relationships are the main way to enrich and give meaning to our lives.   Der Geist, der unser Arbeit im Agritourismus beseelt, ist nicht nur kommerzieller Natur. Wenn Sie einen Agritourismus vom Typ Fünf-Sterne-Hotel suchen, werden Sie das im Ca'Betania nicht finden. Wenn Sie sich hingegen einen Urlaub gönnen wollen, in dem Sie zu den wahren Werten finden können, zu authentischer Tradition und Kultur, zu verzauberten Orten, reich bedacht von einer sanften Natur, die dazu einlädt, zu sich selbst zu finden - dann sind Sie bei uns bestimmt am richtigen Platz. Dieses Angebot an Sie ist keine kommerzielle Strategie unsererseits, sondern eine Lebensentscheidung. Wir sind davon überzeugt, daß der erste und wichtigste Wert der Mensch selbst ist und daß die menschlichen Beziehungen das erste und wichtigste Instrument sind, dem Leben Sinn zu verleihen. Unsere Gäste, die uns wirklich Gäste sind, Menschen und keine Kunden, mit denen wir die kleinen und großen Dinge teilen wollen, deretwegen wir uns ein bißchen als Privilegierte fühlen:

Unsere Küche, deren Gerichte ausschließlich aus biologischen Lebensmitteln eigener Produktion zubereitet werden oder von jenen unserer Nachbarbauern; unsere Tafel, die noch ein Ort der Begegnung und des Gespräches ist; unsere kleine Bibliothek, die unter anderem das Gesamtwerk von Karen Blixen und Diego Cugia enthält, sowie historische Sammlungen von Comics aus den 50er Jahren ("Il grande Blek") etc.; alte Obstbäume und -sträucher die Aktivitäten, die mit der Führung unseres Bauernhofes verbunden sind eine ländliche Umgebung, die man auf Wanderungen erkunden kann spazierengehen in einer Umgebung, in der es sehr wahrscheinlich ist, daß man wilde Tiere oder seltene Pflanzen trifft, die es zu fotografieren lohnt. Der Agritourismus ist das ganze Jahr über offen.
