L'appartamento è al primo piano (al piano terra c'è un piccolo ristorante tipico aperto solo la sera). E' costituito da cucina, bagno e tre camere per un totale di 7 posti letto. Le camere sono da due e tre posti letto. I pavimenti sono in cotto toscano e i soffitti in travi e mezzane in cotto. Possibilità di uso cucina, completamente attrezzata e di bed&breakfast. Ampio parcheggio e spazio esterno. Stupenda vista panoramica sulle colline toscane. Casachianti è situata nel cuore della Toscana a metà strada fra Firenze e Siena e a solo un'ora di auto da Pisa e dal mare. I vigneti e le olivete, nonché i cipressi e i lecci, fanno da cornice a questa caratteristica casa colonica della metà dell'800, completamente ristrutturata nel rispetto dello stile e dell'architettura dell'epoca. A 7 km si trova il borgo medioevale di Certaldo, patria del famoso scrittore Boccaccio, a 15 km si trova San Gimignano, con le famose torri e il magnifico centro storico.
The apartment is on the first floor (the ground floor is taken up by a typical ittle restaurant open in the evenings only). The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms for a total of 7 beds. The rooms have two and three beds. Floors are in Tuscan cotto, ceilings have open beams and entresols are in cotto. Available both with cooking facilities and bed & breakfast. Large parking place and outdoor space. Beautiful panoramic view over the Tuscan hills. Casachianti is located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena and at only one hour's drive from Pisa and the sea. It is immersed in the greenness of cypresses and holm-oaks and is surrounded by countless medieval towns and castles. It is only 7 km away from the medieval town of Certaldo, the birthplace of the famous writer Boccaccio and 15 km away from San Gimignano, famous for its towers and its magnificent historical centre.
