Innanzi tutto, la nostra struttura non é nata per avere le caratteristiche di un' unità alberghiera. Ciò che desideriamo é che l'ospite si senta come un amico, invitato per una vacanza e per dei momenti speciali in una proprietà privata con tutti i conforts. Data l'ubicazione dell'azienda é naturale che essa diventi per gli ospiti un porto di pace, relax, riscoperta della natura e di attività legate al benessere psichico e fisico, non scordando anche tutte quelle escursioni culturali al di fuori dei soliti itinerari turistici proposti , da noi organizzate, che ci fanno scoprire un' Umbria spesso sconosciuta ed incredibilmente piena di fascino!! Oggi più che mai vi é l'esigenza di momenti a stretto contatto con una natura incontaminata e con i suoi ritmi per ricaricare le batterie dopo periodi di stress, di superlavoro e di scadenze improrogabili, che incidono spesso senza pietà sulla nostra salute e sul nostro equilibrio!

Il casale principale si compone di 20 posti letto( senza contare i letti aggiunti!) divisi in 10 stanze, tutte con bagno privato con doccia idromassaggio, frigobar, vasti saloni con camino monumentale, cucina, entrata, terrazza e patio. Due stanze all'esterno del casale sono state previste anche per portatori di handicap ed hanno entrate indipendenti. E' possibile anche affittare l'ntera unità. Ogni camera é arredata in modo differente dall'altra e porta un nome storico. La ristrutturazione dei fabbricati é stata magistralmente effettuata nel pieno rispetto delle tradizioni locali sotto la guida del marito della proprietaria, specialista nel settore, anche all'estero! I vecchi muri in pietra, il cotto, le travi e gli archi danno un fascino particolare agli ambienti. La decorazione dell'intero agriturismo é molto ricercata con mobili d'antiquariato, quadri, stampe, collezioni ed oggetti provenienti dalle antiche famiglie dei proprietari e dai numerosi soggiorni all'estero. I proprietari vivono in un'ala separata, parlano diverse lingue e saranno sempre felici d'aiutarvi per le vostre visite nei dintorni poiché possiedono una vastissima documentazione sulla regione ed una nutrita biblioteca in 3 lingue.

  First of all, our system was not conceived to be the usual hotel-like structure. What we aim for is to have the guest feel he is a friend, invited for a vacation and for a special time to a private property furnished with all the conforts. Given the location of the facility it is natural that it should be for the guests a place of peace and relaxation, of the discovery of nature and of activities leading to psychological and physical well-being. We do not neglect, however, to organize or suggest cultural excursions a little different from those usually offered, which allow the visitor to experience an Umbria full of wonder, which is often too little known to the usual tourist. Today more than ever there is a need for close contact with an unspoiled, uncontaminated nature, a need to experience her rhythms and to recharge ourselves after periods of stress, of intense work, of demanding schedules, all of which have a deleterious effect on our health and on our mental equilibrium.

The accommodation consist of 10 rooms , all with private bath equipped with showers and hydro massage, living rooms with imposing fire place, terrasse, patio and ample spaces that afford a great deal of privacy. Each room has refrigerator bar, colour TV, Two rooms exterior to the main farmhouse have been equipped for the physically-challenged. It is possible to rent the entire farmhouse. Each room possesses its own unique decor and furnishings, and is identified by the name of a historic battle. The farmhouse has been masterfully restored in full compliance with local traditions under the direction of the owner's husband, who is an internationally recognized specialist in the field. The old stone walls, the brickwork, and the arches endow the buildings with a peculiar fascination. Throughout the farmhouses, the interior decorations are tasteful and stylish, with antique furnishings and prized artwork which includes paintings, reproductions and collections of objets d'art made available from the old families of the owners, some from their extensive travels abroad. The owners live in a separate wing of the facility. They are multilingual and happy to be of assistance in your explorations of the neighborhood, since they own a vast documentation on the region and a sizeable library with volumes in three languages.

  Unsere Struktur ist nicht mit den Merkmalen eines gewöhnlichen Hotels entstanden. Wir möchten , dass der Gast sich wie einen Freund fühlt, der zu einem Urlaub und besonderen Momenten in einem Privatbesitz mit jedem Komfort eingeladen ist. Jeder Gast wird eine besondere persönliche Aufnahme bekommen! Dank dem Standort ist es natürlich, dass der Bauernhof für die Gäste zu einem Hafen von Ruhe, Entspannung, Wiederentdeckung der Natur und der Tätigkeiten des Wohlbefindens wird. Nicht zu vergessen sind auch alle jene Kulturausflüge weitab von den üblichen angebotenen touristischen Wegen, die wir organisieren und die uns ermöglichen, ein oft unbekanntes, bezauberndes Umbrien entdecken zu lassen. Heute mehr denn je hat man das Bedürfnis von Zeiten in engem Kontakt mit einer unberührten Natur und ihren Rhythmen, um neue Kräfte nach Perioden von Streß, Überanstrengung und unaufschiebbaren Fristen zu tanken, welche oft auf unsere Gesundheit und Gleichgewicht mitleidlos auswirken.

Das Hauptbauernhaus besteht aus 20 Bettplätzen (mit Möglichkeit von Zusatbetten), in 10 Zimmern geteilt, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer und Dusche mit Unterwassermassage, Minibar, weiten Räumen mit riesigem Kamin, Küche, Vorraum, Terrasse und Veranda. Zwei Zimmer ausserhalb vom Hauptgebäude sind behindertenfreundlich und haben unabhängigen Eingang. Es ist möglich auch die ganze Einheit zu mieten. Jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet und trägt einen und historischen Namen. Die Restaurierung der Gebäude erfolgte meisterhaft nach den Regeln der antiken Ortstraditionen unter der Leitung eines im Baugebiet auch im Ausland bekannten Fachmannes, des Ehegatten der Besitzerin. Die alten Steinmauern, die Terracottafliesen, die Balken und die Bögen geben den Räumen einen besonderen Zauber. Die Verziehrung des ganzen Agritourismus ist sehr fein mit Antiquitätenmöbeln, Bildern, Stichen, Sammlungen und Stücken, welche von den alten Familien der Besitzer und von den vielen Auslandsaufenthalten kommen. Die Besitzer leben in einem getrennten Flügel, sind vielsprachig und werden sich immer freuen, Ihnen bei Ihren Besichtigungen in der Umgebung zu helfen, weil sie eine umfangreiche Dokumentation und eine sehr gute Bibliothek in drei Sprachen haben.

  Avant tout, notre structure n'a pas été conçue comme une unité hôtelière. Ce que nous désirons est que l'hôte se considère comme un ami, invité pour des vacances et pour des moments spéciaux dans une propriété privée avec tout le confort! Etant donné l'ubication de l'agritourisme, il est naturel qu'il devienne pour les hôtes un hâvre de paix, de relax, de découverte de la nature et d'activités lieés au bien être psychique et physique. Sans oublier toutes les excursions culturelles en dehors des itinéraires usuels des touristes, que nous pouvons organiser ou suggérer et qui vous feront découvrir une Ombrie peu connue et incroyablement pleine de charme! Aujourd'hui, plus que jamais on ressent le besoin de moments en étroit contact avec une nature incontaminée et avec ses rythmes, pour recharger les batteries après des périodes de stress, de surmenage et d'échéances improrogables, qui souvent ont des conséquences néfastes sur notre santé et notre équilibre.

La maison patronale se compose de 10 chambres, toutes avec salle de douche priveé avec hydromassage, TV couleur et frigobar, vastes salons avec cheminée monumentale, terrasse e patio. Deux chambres à l'extérieur de la maison principale sont aussi prévues pour les porteurs d'handicap. Il est aussi possible de louer l'unité entière. La décoration est très soignée, le mobilier ancien, ainsi que les gravures, les tableaux, les bibelots, les collections, qui proviennent des anciennes familles des propriétaires ainsi que de nombreux séjours à l'étranger! Chaque chambre est décorée de façon différente et prend un nom historique. La restoration des bâtiments a été effectuée en suivant la typologie des lieux, en employant les matériaux de la tradition locale, sous la direction du mari de la propriétaire, spécialiste dans ce domaine à l'étranger! Cotto au sol et au plafond, poutres, arcs et murs en vieille pierre donnent un charme unique à l'ensemble! Les propriétaires vivent dans une aile séparée, ils ont véçu longtemps à l'étranger, parlent plusieures langues, s'occupent de la promotion de la région Ombrie et seront toujours heureux de vous aider dans vos visites culturelles et de vous fournir toute documentation nécessaire. Ils ont aussi une vaste bibliothèque en trois langues.
