Entrando nella villa, al piano terra sarete subito colpiti dalla calda accoglienza delle ampie sale, tutte con vista sul parco circostante. Due cucine, di cui una di grandi dimensioni, sono a disposizione degli ospiti, completate dalla presenza di una ottima cuoca se richiesto. Al primo piano, sette comode stanze - per un totale di quindici posti letto, di cui sei con bagno, e tutte con splendide vedute sul parco e sulle colline circostanti, vi garantiranno un soggiorno indimenticabile. Appassionati di musica e titolari di una piccola ma ben nota casa discografica, i proprietari hanno allestito al piano terra della villa una sala da musica dall’eccellente acustica, che può sia ospitare concerti (come spesso avviene nel periodo invernale) per un max. di 80 spettatori, sia trasformarsi in ottimo studio di registrazione, anche questo a disposizione su richiesta, potendosi avvalere del supporto di validissimi tecnici. La sala è dotata di proiettore, schermo e sistema surround per proiezioni di alta qualità.
Il bel parco che circonda la villa garantisce tranquillità e privacy ai suoi ospiti, offrendo loro delle bellissime vedute che seguono il variare delle stagioni. Dulcis in fundo, la piscina al centro del giardino.
The first thing to notice as you enter the house is the cosy hospitality of the spacious rooms, all with a view at the surrounding park. Two kitchens, one of large dimensions, are at your fully disposal. Up-on request and an additional cost it is possible to have staff to cook for you during your stay. On the first floor seven comfortable and fully furnished bed-rooms, six of them with private bathroom. All rooms have a view on the park and/or the surrounding hills.
The owners of the house, who are very fond of music, have also another business which is a small but well known and established record company. It was for this passion of music they also have realised a music hall at the ground floor of the house. The hall has an excellent acoustic and some 80 seats. Especially during the winter concerts are held in here and the hall can be transformed into a recording studio with the full support by our technical staff. Further the hall is equipped with a projector, a giant screen and surround audio system permitting high quality projections of films etc.
The beautiful park that surrounds the house guarantees you tranquillity and privacy and last but not least there is the pool in the centre of the garden.

La
bella dimora, a pochi chilometri dal centro storico di Orvieto, è stata
completamente e finemente ristrutturata circa venti anni fa per divenire
all’epoca residenza di campagna di un ministro dell’ allora governo.
Acquistata pochi anni fa dagli attuali proprietari, che ne hanno fatto
la loro residenza per qualche anno, la villa è stata ulteriormente
rinnovata pur mantenendone intatte le caratteristiche che la rendono una
delle più prestigiose abitazioni della zona. 
This beautiful house, located just a few kilometers from the town of
Orvieto was completely renovated some twenty years ago when it was the
summer-residence of a renowned politician of the Italian government. The
property was a few years ago purchased by the the current owners, who by
that time used it as their residence. Making some ulterior renovations
with accurate attentions to keep the original characteristics they have
today brought the house to be one of the most beautiful properties in
the area. .
