Le camere sono 7, tutte ricavate dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia casa colonica di cui è stato mantenuto integralmente l'assetto originario. Da ogni stanza, arredata con semplicità ed eleganza, si può godere la vista di una natura armoniosa e incontaminata che risulta particolarmente suggestiva in tutta l'area della tenuta. In estate sono attivi: la piscina, posta tra il verde delle piantagioni, un solarium attrezzato e un bar autonomo. In alternativa ai momenti di totale relax, l'agriturismo offre numerose attività ricreative, dalle tradizionali partite di bocce alle piu' dinamiche partite di palla a volo, alle romantiche passeggiate per i sentieri di campagna.
The 7 rooms have been got from tha restructuration of an old farm house realized trying to keep the architectonic originally of the immobile. From every room it's possible to look the harmonious and uncontaminated nature, that is particulary suggestive for every area. There are many activies that our Country Hotel offers to our guest: from the traditional scittles to the more dinamic volley match to the romantic wolks in the country. In the hot season our guest can use our next swimming pool that lies near the plantations of our estate. The swimming pool is equipped with a solarium and a coffee bar, and it can be considered a good exclusive alternative to the nearest beach.

su una tenuta di 10 ettari a 230 metri di altitudine, l'azienda
Agriturismo Oasi Belvedere è sovrana di un scenario veramente suggestivo
che va dalle vette innevate dei monti Sibillini allo storico Duomo della
città di Fermo, neo provincia a pochi chilometri dal mare. La struttura
turistica è dotata di un'accogliente sala ristorante con camino, e
all'esterno, di un bellissimo porticato con vista panoramica sui Monti
Sibillini. 
The estate of "Oasi Belvedere" Country Hotel is 10 hectars large, and is
on a hill 230 metres on the sea level. The view from the hotel is
fantastic as it goes from the Sibillini Mountains to the famous town of
Fermo, now a new province of Marche. The tourist structure is provided
of the very confortable restaurant hall with fireside and externally
there was a good arcade with panoramic sight on Sibillini Mountain.
Mit die Huttic ihren 10 Hektare und 230 Meter Hoene uber dem Meerspiegel,
bei Oasi Belvedere gibtes eine wunderschoene Landschaft: Man sicht die
Sibillimberge und die Standt Fermo, die nicht so wiet von dem Meer ist.
Oasi Belvedere ist in Monte San Pietrangeli, Stadtviertel San Rustico,
wiet von Geraeusch und StraBenverkehr. Die Hutte ist so erreichban:
Autobahn A/14 Ausfahrt Civitanova Marche (MC), danach die Strabe in der
Richtung Macerata Ausfahrt Morrovalle- Monte San Giusto.
