Situato in una zona tranquilla di Roma, a pochi passi dalla stazione
della metropolitana Arco di Travertino, vi consentirà di raggiungere
rapidamente il centro della città ed ogni altra località storica o
turistica con i servizi pubblici. Potrete così godere delle attrattive
della città senza rinunciare ad un soggiorno tranquillo. L'appartamento
si trova vicino al Parco dell'antica via Latina, al Parco della
Caffarella, alla villa dei Quintili e soprattutto alla via Appia Antica,
che si può raggiungere facilmente facendo una bella passeggiata nel
verde.
L'appartamento è composto da due camere, una matrimoniale in cui è
possibile aggiungere un terzo letto a richiesta, e una con due letti
singoli, dalla cucina ben attrezzata con TV, lettore DVD e dal bagno
dotato di doccia.
Un gazebo con un tavolo e alcune sedie posto
nel nostro giardino consente di mangiare all'aperto durante la bella
stagione.

a few underground stops away from the most important sights in Rome,
the apartment is the annex of a one
family house in Rome that lies in a quiet neighbourhood
far from the traffic noise
of big cities but very near to the metro station of Arco di Travertino
with which is very easy to reach the centre of the town. The apartment
is composed of two bedrooms, one with double bed (on request we can add
another bed) and the other with two single beds, one bath with shower
and a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, mixer). TV and DVD player are
available. A table and four chairs under a garden umbrella let you have
lunch or dinner outside when the weather is good and let you relax after
a long sightseeing of Rome.

ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage entspannen? Casa Fratocchi ist für Sie.
Sehr ruhig im Herzen Roms, nur 150 m von der U-Bahn-Station Arco di
Travertino (Linie A) gelegen - die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige
U-Bahn Stationen entfernt. Das Appartement ist eine kleine Dependance
unserer Villa. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Zustellbett möglichfür
ein Kind), ein weiteres Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, sowie ein Bad
mit Dusche bieten ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Tisch, 4
Gartenstühlen und ein Sonnenschirm stehen zur Verfügung in einer kleinen
Ecke unserer Garten. Ideal zum Essen draussen wenn das Wetter schön
ist. Die freundliche und gemütliche Atmosphäre, der kleine Garten, die
gute Ausstattung sowie die ruhige Lage ermöglichen einen sehr angenehmen
und komfortablen Aufenthalt für alle: Kulturinteressierte, Familien mit
Kindern, Erholungssuchende.
L’appartement se trouve dans une zone tranquille de
Rome, loin des bruits de la ville tout en étant à 150 mètres de la
station du métro Arco di Travertino (ligne A), on peut arriver à Saint
Jean de Latran en 5 minutes, à la Gare Termini en 10 minutes, Place
d’Espagne (20 minutes), Place S.Pierre ( 20 minutes). Vous pourrez ainsi
profiter de tous les plaisirs de la ville éternelle sans renoncer à un
tranquille séjour. L’appartement est tout prés du Parc de l'Appia
Antique , ce qui permet de longues promenades en pleine campagne.
L’appartement se compose de deux chambres, une avec un grand lit dans
laquelle on peut ajouter un troisième couchage, et une autre chambre à
deux lits, d’une cuisine bien équipée avec TV et d’une salle de bains
avec douche. Dans notre jardin, une pergola avec table et chaises vous
permettra de déjeuner en plein air à la belle saison.
