Il Parco Rurale “Alture di Polazzo” è un’Azienda Agricola ed Agrituristica certificata bio-ecologica situata sull’Altopiano del Carso, in un area a tutela ambientale chiamata Landa Carsica ricadente in un Sito di Importanza Comunitaria.

In ogni stagione esiste almeno un “Buon Motivo” per soggiornare nel Parco Rurale e visitare quindi il Carso Goriziano ed i suoi dintorni, grazie anche all’ottima posizione geografica delle sue strutture che forniscono un importante punto logistico da cui organizzare le proprie visite ed escursioni.

Nelle caldi giornate d’estate, le mete più gettonate, sono sicuramente le coste e le spiagge dell’Alto Adriatico, non particolarmente conosciute ma comunque ben attrezzate e gratificanti come Marina Julia, la Baia di Sistiana, l’Isola di Grado e la conosciute spiagge di Lignano. Vista l’alternanza tra spiagge sabbiose e spiagge rocciose con strapiombi di roccia calcarea e castelli, la nostra costa merita di essere ammirata direttamente dal mare, magari in un’escursione in barca a vela.

La primavera e l’autunno sono le stagioni più idonee per percorrere e godersi la tranquillità dei sentieri del Carso Goriziano e visitare i diversi castelli delle province, il Castello di Miramare, il Castello di Duino, il Castello di Gorizia, e le bellissime grotte turistiche del Carso Triestino e Sloveno come la Grotta Gigante, le Grotte di Postumia, le Grotte di San Canziano, quest’ultime per altro patrimonio dell’Unesco.

L’inverno invece è la stagione più idonea per visitare le città della regione, Trieste, Udine, Gorizia, Palmanova, Cividale del Friuli, abbellite dall’atmosfera natalizia e ricche di angoli storici e culturali. Ma un aspetto che sicuramente non dimenticherete dell’inverno carsico è l’intenso soffiare della bora, il vento caratteristico di queste terre, che sprigiona un sibilare unico ed inconfondibile.

Ma ci sono anche altri motivi per trascorrere un breve soggiorno presso il Parco Rurale, la possibilità di stare a contatto con gli animali rurali lungo la “via delle carezze”, il parco giochi e l’area pic-nic, il campo da tiro con l’arco, il percorso ginnico, le escursioni a cavallo presso il vicino maneggio; da non dimenticare poi i vini e le ricette tipiche del luogo realizzate con piatti nati dalla combinazione di diverse culture che hanno da sempre toccato questa parte del Friuli Venezia Giulia, la cultura slava, austriaca ed italiana.

I NOSTRI APPARTAMENTI Gli appartamenti del Parco Rurale "Alture di Polazzo" sono stati ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di un fabbricato rurale, con una superficie media di 35 mq e adatti per coppie e famiglie. Sono composti da camera doppia, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (fornelli, frigorifero, pentole, stoviglie, ecc.), tv satellitare, terrazza o portico e posto macchina. Tipologie: "Alture 2" - per due persone; "Alture 2+1" - per due adulti e un bambino; "Alture 2+2" - per due adulti e due bambini; "Alture 2HP" - con servizi per portatori d'handicap. IL NOSTRO CAMPEGGIO AGRITURISTICO

Il nostro Campeggio Agrituristico è immerso nella natura, l'unico sul Carso Goriziano, a 2 km dal primo centro abitato. E' dotato di 20 piazzole da 60 mq con prato, toilette, toilette per portatori d'handicap, lavabo, lavelli, docce con acqua calda, attacchi luce (max. 2 Ampere = 440 Watt), parco giochi, area relax piscina (con lettini da sole, gazebo, calcetto e ping-pong), zona falò, mountain-bike con fornitura di mappa dei sentieri del territorio, campo da tiro con l'arco e sentiero ginnico. NB: essendo in una zona a tutela ambientale non abbiamo lo scarico camper che però è situato a 3 km lungo Viale Trieste che porta a Gradisca vicino al distributore di benzina, mentre a 3,5 km presso la zona artigianale di Fogliano Redipuglia, troverete il lavaggio camper e articoli da campeggio. The Rural Park "Alture di Polazzo" it is an organic and agricultural farm bio-ecological certified situated on the highland of the Carso, in an area of environmental guardianship called landa carsica (Moor Carsica) included in a site which has a community importance.

In every season we can find at least a "Good Reason" to have an holiday in the Rural Park and to visit the Carso Goriziano and its surroundings, thanks to the good geographical position of Rural Park structures, you will have an important logistical point to organize your own visits and excursions.

In the warm days of the summer season, the most appreciated destinations, are surely the coasts and the beaches of the Upper Adriatic, as Marina Julia, the bay of Sistiana, the island of Grado and although they are not particularly promoted, as the well known Lignano Sabbiadoro beach, these beautiful beaches are however pleasant and well equiped. Due to the alternation of sandy beaches and rocky ones, the presence of calcareous overhanging rocks and castles, our coast deserves to be admired directly by the sea, for example with a sailboat excursion.

Spring and Autumn are the best seasons to enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Carso Goriziano and to visit the various castles of the provinces, the Castle of Miramare, the Castle of Duino, the Castle of Gorizia and the beautiful tourist caves of the Carso Triestino and the Slovenian one as the Grotta Gigante (Giant Cave), the Caves of Postumia, the Caves of St. Canziano, which are also patronised by the Unesco.

Winter is the best season to visit the cities of the region, Trieste, Udine, Gorizia, Palmanova and Cividale del Friuli, absorbed by the Christmas atmosphere and enriched by their historical and cultural aspects. There is something about the winter of our Carso you will for sure never forget….the blowing of the bora, the characteristic wind of our region, which creates a unique and unmistakable whistle.

But there are many other reasons to spend a short holiday near the Rural Park, as the possibility to get in touch with the rural animals along the "Caress street", the recreation park and the rest area, the field for archery playing, the gymnastic route, the horse excursions thanks to the riding school in the neighborhood; you will not forget the good wines and the typical recipes of the region, which are special dishes realized with the combination of different cultures which had being in touch for a long time in this side of Friuli Venezia Giulia: the Slavic culture, the Austrian and the Italian one.

OUR APARTMENTS

The apartments of the Rural Park "Alture di Polazzo" have been realised by restructuring a rural building, with a medium surface of 35 sqm, suitable for couples and families. The apartments have a double room, bath with shower, a living room with a double bed couch, a little cooking space completely equipped (stove, refrigerator, pottery, etc.), sat TV, terrace or veranda and car parking.

Different offers: "Alture di Polazzo 2" - for two people; "Alture di Polazzo 2+1" - for two adults and a child; "Alture di Polazzo 2+2" - for two adults and two children; "Alture di Polazzo 2HP" - with services for disabled persons.

OUR ORGANIC CAMPING

Our organic camping is absorbed in the nature, the only one on the Carso Goriziano, to 2 km from the first town. It provides 20 platforms of 60 sqm with own field, toilet, toilet for disabled persons, lavatory, sinks, showers with warm water, power outlets (max. 2 Ampere = 440 Watts), recreation park, relax swimming pool area (with deck chairs, gazebo, five a side football and table tennis), bonfire area, free use of mountain-bikes including maps of the paths of the region to go around, free use of the field for archery and gymnastic route. NB: due to the fact that we are in an area under environmental guardianship we do not have the camper drain, but you can find a gas pump just 3 km from our camping, you have to reach viale Trieste (direction Gradisca d’Isonzo). It is 3,5 km away that you will have the possibility, in the handicraft area of Fogliano Redipuglia, to wash your camper and to buy camping articles.

Der „Parco Rurale Alture di Polazzo” ist ein Agritourismus mit biologisch-ökologischer Landwirtschaft, der sich im Naturschutzgebiet „Landa Carsica“ auf der Karsthochebene befindet. Dieses Gebiet wurde von der Europäischen Union als Gebiet von gemeinschaftlicher Bedeutung befunden.

In jeder Jahreszeit gibt es mindestens einen guten Grund für einen Aufenthalt, wie z. B. ein Besuch im Görzer Karstgebiet und seiner Umgebung. Dank der optimalen geografischen Lage der Anlage befindet man sich auf einem günstigen Stützpunkt, von dem aus man seine Besichtigungen und Ausflüge gut organisieren kann.

In den warmen Sommertagen sind sicherlich die Küsten und Strände der oberen Adria die beliebtesten Ziele, die zwar nicht alle besonders bekannt, aber auf jedem Fall gut und ausreichend ausgerüstet sind wie z. B. Marina Julia, die Bucht von Sistiana, die Insel Grado und die bekannten Strände von Lignano. Da sich hier die Sand- und Felsstrände mit Steilküsten aus Kalkstein und Schlösser abwechseln, unternimmt man am besten einen Segelbootausflug, um die Küste vom Meer aus bewundern zu können.

Der Frühling und der Herbst sind die besten Jahreszeiten um Wanderungen auf den ruhigen Wegen des Görzer Karstes zu unternehmen und die Schlösser der Provinz (das Schloss Miramare, das Schloss Duino, das Schloss Görz) und die wunderschönen touristischen Höhlen des Triester und des Slowenischen Karstes, wie die Höhle „Grotta Gigante“ und die Höhlen von Postumia und von San Canziano zu besuchen. Diese letztere wurde auch zum Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO erklärt.

Der Winter ist die beste Zeit um den Städten der Region (Trieste, Udine, Gorizia, Palmanova, Cividale del Friuli) einen Besuch abzustatten und um die weihnachtliche Atmosphäre und die geschichtlichen und kulturellen Angebote zu genießen. Etwas was man sicherlich nicht vom Winter im Karst vergessen wird, ist das Stürmen des Windes dieses Gebietes, genannt Bora und sein unverwechselbares und einzigartiges Pfeifen.

Aber es gibt noch viele andere Gründe für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Parco Rurale: die Möglichkeit die Tiere des Bauernhofs entlang des „Streichelwegs“ kennenzulernen, den Spielplatz und den Picknickplatz, den Bogenschießplatz, den Gymnastikweg und das Reiten auf der nahegelegenen Reitbahn. Nicht zu vergessen sind auch die Weine und die typischen lokalen Rezepte, aus denen Gerichte zubereitet werden, die auf die slawische, österreichische und italienische Kultur, die immer schon in der Region Friaul-Julisch Venetien anwesend waren, zurückgehen.

UNSERE APPAREMENTS Die Appartements des “Parco Rurale Alture di Polazzo", die durch die Renovierung eines Wirtschaftsgebäudes entstanden sind, sind durchschnittlich 35 m2 groß und für Paare und Familien geeignet. Sie bestehen aus einem Doppelzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Doppel-Schlafcouch, vollständig ausgestattete Kochecke (Kochstelle, Kühlschrank, Kochtöpfe, Geschirr, usw.), Satelliten TV, Terrasse oder Laube und Parkplatz. Typ: "Alture 2" – für zwei Personen; "Alture 2+1" – für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind; "Alture 2+2" - für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder; "Alture 2HP" – mit behindertengerechter Ausstattung. UNSER AGRITOURSTISCHER CAMPINGPLATZ

Unser agritouristischer Campingplatz liegt mitten in der Natur, ist der einzige des Görzer Karstes und liegt 2 km entfernt vom nächsten Wohngebiet. Er verfügt über 20 Stellplätze zu je 60m2 mit Wiese, Toilette, behindertengerechte Toilette, Waschbecken, Spülbecken, Dusche mit Warmwasser, Lichtanschluss (max. 2 Ampere = 440 Watt), Spielplatz, Benutzung des Schwimmbads (mit Sonnenliegen, Gazebo, Hallenfußball und Pingpong), Lagerfeuerplatz, Benutzung der Mountainbikes mit Wegkarten des Gebiets, Benutzung des Bogenschießplatzes und des Gymnastikweges.

Anmerkung: da sich der Campingplatz in einer Naturschutzzone befindet, verfügen wir über keinen Camper-Wasserablauf, der nächste befindet sich jedoch nach 3 km auf der Straße Viale Trieste, die nach Gradisca führt, neben der Tankstelle, oder 3,5 km entfernt in der Handwerkszone von Fogliano Redipuglia, wo sich ein Camper-Waschplatz mit Campingartikelverkauf befindet.
