Questo piccolo e centralissimo hotel è situato in un palazzo del quindicesimo secolo, che fu proprietà e dimora anche di Gioacchino Rossini nel XIX secolo. La sua principale caratteristica è la posizione centrale, in pieno centro storico, a soli 150 metri dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, 500 metri dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e solo a pochi passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia (David), dalla Galleria degli Uffizi, dal Ponte Vecchio e da tutti gli altri monumenti e luoghi d'interesse della città. Inoltre, anche la maggior parte dei teatri e delle scuole di lingua e cultura italiana si trovano in questa zona della città.

  This small hotel is very centrally located in a fifteenth century palace and boasts some original fresco ceilings: the building was house and property of the famous composer Gioacchino Rossini during the 19th century. The central location is one of its main features, only 150 yards from Florence Cathedral and 500 yards from the main train station, with the Gallery of the Accademia (David), the Gallery of the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and all sights, museums and monuments just a few steps away. Most theatres and Italian language schools are also located in this downtown area.

The hotel can easily be reached by car, too, and the garage is only 200 yards away.

Die zentrale Lage ist eine besondere Eigenschaft des Hotels, da es nur 150 Meter von der Kathedrale und 500 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist: die Galerien der Accademia (David) und der Uffizen, Palazzo Vecchio (das Rathaus) und auch Ponte Vecchio (die Alte Brücke) können ebenso zu Fuß erreicht werden wie alle anderen Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten.   Ce petit hotel a été installé dans un immeuble du quinziéme siécle, où a vécu aussi le compositeur Gioacchino Rossini pendant le siècle précédent. Il se trouve dans le centre historique, ne qu'à 150m de la Cathédrale de Florence et à 500m environ de la gare, près de tous les points d'intérêt de la ville. On peut y arriver facilement en voiture aussi et il y a un garage conventionné à côté.

Toutes les chambres sont calmes et ont une salle de bains privée, radio, TV couleur, sèche-cheveux, climatisation, téléphone, mini-réfrigérateur et coffre.

Le petit déjeuner est un buffet à volonté, servi dans une salle décorée de fresques.
