La Ferraia si estende per oltre venti ettari; il terreno é destinato a
coltivazioni cerealicole, ortofrutticole e all’allevamento di piccoli
animali. La zona é ricca di boschi, corsi d’acqua e la natura é
incontaminata. Il casolare completamente ristrutturato può accogliere
fino a 29 ospiti in dieci camere arredate in arte povera e tutte con
bagno indipendente. Un’ampia sala usata per la lettura e la
conversazione può ospitare anche piccole riunioni. Il vecchio fienile
trasformato in punto ristoro può accogliere fino a 70 ospiti. Si possono
gustare le specialità della cucina tradizionale umbro-marchigiana in un
ambiente caldo e accogliente. La cantina é fornita dei migliori vini
prodotti da aziende marchigiane. Una piscina con ampio solarium é a
disposizione degli ospiti che possono effettuare escursioni
naturalistiche in boschi, torrenti, prati, ricchi di fauna selvatica e

The Farmhousehouse "La Ferraia" is situated on the border between the
Marche and Umbria regions, in the heart of the Apennine Mountains. It is
located half-way between Gubbio and Urbino, in the territory of the
municipality of Cagli, and it spreads over an area of over 20 hectares.
The Farmhouseland is used for cereal cultivations, fruit trees and small
animal breeding. The area is rich in woods, streams, and nature is
uncontaminated. The Farmhousehouse, completely restructured, can
accomodate up to 29 persons in 10 bedrooms, all furnished in "arte
povera" style, and with independent bathroom. A wide lecture and
conversation room can also be used for small meetings. The old barn,
turned into a restaurant room, can accommodate up to 70 guests. There
you can taste the specialities of the Marche and Umbria regions' cuisine
in a warm and comfortable room. The wine-cellar is provided with the
best wines produced in the regional farms. A swimming-pool with wide
solarium is at the guests’ disposal, as well as the possibility of
having relaxing walks and wandering in the woods and across the streams
and the meadows, which are rich in wild fauna and the most varied plants.
For lovers of history and art the towns of Cagli, Urbino and Gubbio are
also worth a visit.
Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb "La ferraia" liegt nahe der Grenze
zwischen Umbrien und der Region der Marken, im Herzen der Apenninen. Man
findet das der Gemeinde Cagli zugehörige Landgut auf halbem Weg entlang
der Strasse von Gubbio nach Urbino. La Ferraia erstreckt sich über mehr
als zwanzig Hektar Ackerland, die nicht nur zum Getreide-, Obst- und
Gemüseanbau, sondern auch zur Viehzucht genutzt werden. Die Natur ist in
diesem Gebiet noch relativ unbefleckt und reich an Wäldern und
Wasserläufen. Das komplett restaurierte Landhaus bietet Unterkunft für
29 Gäste auf 10 verschiedenen Zimmern. Jedes Zimmer ist im Stile der
"Arte Povera" eingerichtet und verfügt über ein privates Badezimmer.
Darüber hinaus steht ein großzügiger Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung,
der auch für kleinere Meetings genutzt werden kann. Die alte Heuscheune
ist in ein 70 Plätze umfassendes Restaurant umgebaut worden. Es zeichnet
sich durch seine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, in der man die
Spezialitäten der traditionellen Küche Umbriens bzw. der Marken genießen
kann. Der dazugehörige Weinkeller verfügt über eine große Auswahl an
besten Weinen der Region. Ein Schwimmbad mit einem großen Liegewiese
bietet den Gästen weitere Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Dazu eignet sich
auch ein Fußmarsch auf einem der vielen Wanderwege in der direkten
Umgebung. Vorbei an Wasserläufen und Wäldern lässt sich hier noch
besonders die wilde und vielfältige Flora bewundern. Wer sich für Kunst
und Geschichte interessiert, sollte es sich nicht nehmen lassen einen
Abstecher in die Städte Urbino, Gubbio und Cagli zu machen.

les villes de Gubbio et d'Urbino. La ferme agricole s'étend sur un
domaine de plus de 20 hectares, où le terrain est destiné à la culture
des céréales, des fruits et à l'élevage de petits animaux. Vous
trouverez de nombreuses forêts et cours d'eau s une nature restée
intacte. La maison a été complètement aménagée et peut recevoir jusqu'à
29 personnes s dix chambres, qui sont meublées en style rustique et ont
chacune leur salle de bain indépente. Une grande pièce utilisée comme
salle de lecture et de discussion, peut aussi être utilisée comme petite
salle de réunion. Le vieux fenil a été transformé en salle à manger et
peut recevoir jusqu'à 70 personnes. On peut déguster des spécialités de
la cuisine locale s un milieu chaleureux et agréable. La cave des vins
présente les meilleures cuvées produites par les fermes de la région des
Marches. Une piscine avec un grand solarium est à la disposition des

comunidad de Cagli, la Hazienda agrícola “La Ferraia” se extiende por
más de veinte hectáreas; el terreno está destinado a cultivaciones
cerealícolas, hortofrutícolas y a la crianza de animales pequeños. La
zona está rica de bosques, ríos y la naturalezza está incontaminada. El
caserío está completamente restructurado y puede acoger può hasta 29
huéspedes en diez cuartos decorados en arte pobree todos con baño
indipendiente. Un amplia sala usada para la lectura y la conversación
puede hospitar también pequeñas reuniones. El viejo henil transformado
en un punto de relajo puede acoger hasta 70 huéspedes. Se pueden gustar
las especialidades de la cocina tradicional umbro-marquijana e un
ambiente caliente y acogedor. La bodega está aquipajada de los mejores
vinos producidos por las haciendas marquijanas. Una piscína con un
amplio solarium está a disposición de los huéspedes que pueden efectuar
excursiones naturalísticas en bosques, torrentes, prados, ricos de fauna
selvática y de flora muy variable. Para quien ama la historia y el arte,
merecen una visita las ciudades de Cagli, Urbín y Gubbio.
