Francais I primi a capire la sua vantaggiosa posizione furono i conti Brancaleoni, che nel ‘5oo costruirono il primo dei 3 nuclei abitativi odierni adibendolo a residenza di caccia. Segno della antichità della casa è il vecchio camino con particolari in travertino lavorato, che molto probabilmente risale al tempo della nobile famiglia di Piobbico.
Oggi la nostra casa è costituita da 3 appartamenti, tutti arredati secondo la tradizione rustica e con attenzione per i particolari e i comforts che possono rendere più piacevole il vostro soggiorno. All’interno troverete infatti ampi saloni con grandi camini, travi a vista e antichi mobili; cucine fornite di tutto e camere da sogno. Il tutto scelto con gusto e cura. Ogni appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento indipendente e di televisore. Inoltre uno dei 3 appartamenti è adibito ad ospitare persone diversamente abili perché tutti possano godersi la propria vacanza!
E poco più di cento anni fa (1878) nell’area in cui si trova “Perbacco” si scoprì una necropoli celtica ed etrusca(dal V secolo a.C. alla romanizzazione), i cui reperti sono conservati nei musei di Ancona e Bologna, nonché nella sezione archeologica del museo del Palazzo Brancaleoni.
All’esterno troverete l’ombra e la quiete di due grandi alberi di noce che vi permetteranno di godere dell’ampio giardino anche nelle giornate più calde. In più a soli cento metri si trova il santuario di Santa Maria in Val d’Abisso dell’ undicesimo secolo, punto di partenza del sentiero numero 1 che, costeggiando il torrente, vi porterà alla scoperta di Monte Nerone, tra cascate e scorci mozzafiato.
The earls Brancaleoni first understood its favourable position, and in the XVIth century built the first of the three nucleus using it as an hunting residence. Sign of the antiquity of the house is the old fireplace with particulars in worked travertine that very probably dates back to the age of the Noble Family of Piobbico.
Today our house is composed of three apartments, all furnished according with the farmhouse style and the attention to the particulars and the comforts which can make your stay more pleasant. Inside you will find wide halls with big and old fireplace, beams at sight and antique furniture; kitchens complete of everything and dream bedrooms. The whole chosen with taste and care. Each apartment has an independent heating and television. Moreover one of the three apartments can give hospitality also to disable people so that everybody could enjoy his stay! About 130 years ago (1878)in the area of “Perbacco” was found a Celtic and Etruscan Necropolis (from the Vth century b.C. to the Romans), whose finds are preserved nowadays in the museums of Ancona and Bologna as well as in the archaeological section of the Museum of the Brancaleoni’s Palace.
Outside you will find the shadow and the peace of two big walnut trees so that you can enjoy the large garden also in the hottest days. Besides this, only 100 meters far there’s the sanctuary of Santa Maria in Val d’Abisso( XIth century), starting point of the Track n°1 which, skirting a stream, will lead you to the discovery of Monte Nerone, among waterfalls and marvellous gazes.
Les premiers à se rendre compte de sa position avantageuse furent les comtes Brancaleoni qui au XVI siècle construirent le premier des 3 noyaux d’habitation existants qui sert de résidence de chasse. La vieille cheminée faite de travertin soigneusement travaillé, qui très probablement remonte au temps de la noble famille de Piobbico, est un signe qui marque l’antiquité de la maison.
Actuellement notre maison est constituée de 3 appartements tous meublés selon la tradition rustique accordant une grande attention aux détails et au confort qui peuvent rendre votre séjour très agréable. A l’intérieur vous trouverez de vastes salons avec cheminée, poutres à vue, de meubles anciens, cuisines équipées et chambres de rêves. Le tout sélectionné avec goût et minutie. Chaque appartement est doté d’un chauffage autonome et d’un téléviseur. En outre un des trois appartements est équipé pour pouvoir accueillir des invités avec handicap afin que tous puissent jouir de leurs vacances ! Il y a un peu plus d’un siècle (1878), il fut découvert dans la zone de « Perbacco », une nécropole celtique et étrusque (du V siècle avant JC à la romanisation) dont les objets trouvés sont conservés dans les musées d’Ancône et Bologne outre la section archéologique du musée du « Palazzo Brancaleoni ».
Par contre à l’extérieur vous avez ombre et douceur procurées par deux grands noyers qui vous permettront de jouir du vaste jardin même pendant les journées très chaudes. En plus, le sanctuaire de « Santa Maria in Val d’Abisso » du XI siècle se trouve à deux pas, point de départ du « Sentier numéro 1 » qui, rivant le torrent, vous mènera à la découverte du mont Nerone parmi des chutes et un panorama fantastique.

« Perbacco » apparaît sur les pentes du mont Nerone et est le point de
départ idéal pour ceux qui veulent se retrouver dans la nature non
contaminée de nos bois et à même temps ne pas manquer la beauté et la
particularité de Piobbico : grâce à son « Palazzo Brancaleoni », son
bourg médiéval et traditions culinaires qui existent depuis des siècles.
