L'azienda si estende su una superficie di 20 ha di cui 6 ha con oliveti, seminativi e frutteti, circondano la Masseria. Questa è una tipica masseria salentina del 1600 già residenza estiva dell'ultimo Primo Ministro Borbonico Liborio Romano. Da visitare a Patù: la "CENTOPIETRE", monumento sepolcrale del IX secolo edificato con strutture messapiche, la chiesa romanica del IX secolo e le testimonianze della città di Vereto. Da visitare nelle vicinanze oltre a Leuca, Barbarano, Salignano e Alessano, Gallipoli a 45 km, Otranto a 50 km e il barocco leccese. Numerose sono le feste folkloristiche nei paesi limitrofi. Visita e shopping nei laboratori artigianali di terracotta, cartapesta, pietra leccese, giunco, rame, ferro battuto, legno, merletti, ricami.
The farm covers an area of about 20 hectars of which 6 surround the farm buildings and consist of alive trees and fruit groves and seed-sown fields. The buildings are typical of 17th century Salento architecture and it was the summer residence of the last Bourbon Prime Minister Liborio Romano. Bicycles are also available far short trips. Places to visit in Patù: the "Centopietre", a 9th century burial monument built in Messapic style; the 9th century Romanic church and the ruins of Vereto, an ancient Messapic town. Other interesting places to visit nearby are: Leuca, Barbarano, Salignano, Alessano, Gallipoli (45 km away), Otranto (50 km away) and Lecce with its Baroque Buildings in many nearby little towns there are folklore festivals. It is also possible to visit local handcraft workshops where you can buy things made of 'terracotta', papier machè, Lecce stone, rush, copper, iron, wood as well as lace and embroidered articles.
Der Betrieb erstreckt sich ueber 20 Hektare, 6 Hektare mit Olivenbaeumen, Fruchtbaeumen und Saatland umringen den Bauernhof. Es handelt sich um einen typisch salentinischen Bauernhof aus dem 17, Jahrhundert. Hier verbrachte auch den Ietzte bourbonische Premierminister, Liborio Romano, seinen Sommerurlaub. In Patù zu besichtigen: die Centopietre (hundert Steine), ein Totenmonument aus dem 9. Jahrhundert, mit messapischer Struktur gebaut, die romanische Kirche aus dem 9. Jahrhundert, die Zeichen der Stadt von Vereto. In der Umgebung zu besichtigen: Leuca, Barbarano, Salignano, Alessano, Gallipoli (45 km), Otranto (50 km), Lecce, die Barockstadt. Ausserdem gibt es viele folkloristische Feste in der nehen Umgebung. Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten bei den Handwerkern. Typische Waren aus der Gegend sind: Tonwaren, Pappmache, Leccestein, Binsen, Kupferwaren, Schmiedeeisenarbeiten, Holzarbeiten, sowie Spitzen und Stickerei.

Nell'estremo
Sud della Penisola Salentina, dove la terra è coperta da secolari piante
di olivi e il mare Adriatico si fonde nello Jonio, tra spiagge di
finissima sabbia e insenature rocciose, sorge Capo Santa Maria di Leuca
a 5 km dalla quale si trova, nel comune di Patù, l'Azienda Agrituristica
Masseria San Nicola. 
The headland of Santa Maria di Leuca is at the very southern end of the
Salentine Peninsula, where the land is covered with ancient olive trees
and the Adriatic Sea blends with the lonian Sea.
Auf der suedlichen Splitze der salentinischen Halbinsel, wo das Land
