RESIDENCE VURGHE Residence composto da due corpi di appartamenti in muratura per un totale di 48 (inaugurazione estate 2006), disposti a piano terra e a primo piano. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e finemente arredati, circondati da giardini curati e tutti fronte mare, distanza 25 mt. circa dall'arenile. Ogni appartamento è fornito di tv con antenna satellitare e digitale terrestre, stoviglieria e frigo. Bilocali per 3 persone, composto da soggiorno con 1 divano letto singolo, angolo cottura,camera matrimoniale,e veranda o terrazza. Bilocali per 4 persone, composto da soggiorno con 2 divani letto singolo, angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale e veranda o terrazza. Trilocali per 5 persone,composto da soggiorno con 1 divano letto singoli,angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, camera con due lettini singoli,bagno e veranda o terrazza. Trilocali per 6 persone, composto da soggiorno con 2 divani letto singoli,angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, camera con due lettini singoli,bagno e veranda o terrazza. RESIDENCE PUNTA ALICE E' composto da 66 appartamenti in muratura di recente costruzione circondati da curati giardini, distanti dall'arenile da 25 a 70 mt circa. Disponibilità di appartamenti monolocali al piano terra, bilocali e trilocali, sia al piano terra che al primo piano, cosi composti: Monolocali per 2 persone, composto da angolo cottura, soggiorno con letto matrimoniale .bagno e veranda di circa 18 mq. Bilocali per 4 persone, composto da soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale, angolo cottura, bagno e terrazza o veranda di circa 18 mq. Trilocali per 6 persone, composto da soggiorno con due divani letto singoli, camera matrimoniale, camera con due lettini singoli, angolo cottura, bagno e terrazza o veranda di circa 18 mq. Ogni appartamento è fornito di tv, frigorifero e stoviglie. CAMPING Situato direttamente sul mare dispone di 300 piazzole distribuite su 5 ettari di terreno di una macchia tipicamente mediterranea , ombreggiato da pini, acacie, eucaliptus, tamerici e pioppi. La grandezza di una piazzola per camper o roulotte va da 60 a 110 mq circa. Dislocati in diversi punti del camping ci sono 5 gruppi di servizi costituiti dai bagni, e dalle doccie calde gratuite 24 ore su 24. Ci sono inoltre, i servizi riservati per i diversamente abili.
RESIDENCE VURGHE Residence Vurghe consists of two apartment units with a total of 48 apartments (completed during summer 2006) located partly on the ground floor and partly on the first floor. The spacious and tastefully furnished apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden area and have seaview. The broad and well-kept sandy beach is only about 25 meters away from the apartments. All apartments are equipped with satellite and digital TV, a completely furnished kitchen-lounge and fridge. 2-Room-Apartments (Bilo) for 3 persons: Kitchen-lounge with sleeping sofa and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, veranda or balcony. 2-Room-Apartments (Bilo) for 4 persons: Kitchen-lounge with two sleeping sofas and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, veranda or balcony. 3-Room-Apartments (Trilo) for 5 persons: Kitchen-lounge with sleeping sofa and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, veranda or balcony. 3-Room-Apartments (Trilo) for 6 persons: Kitchen-lounge with two sleeping sofas and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, veranda or balcony. RESIDENCE PUNTA ALICE Residence Punta Alice consists of 66 recently finished apartments surrounded by a beautiful garden area and only 25 to 70 m away from the sandy beach. Residence Punta Alice offers its guests 1-Room-Studio-Apartments on the ground floor and 2- and 3-Room-Apartments on the ground floor and on the first floor: 1-Room-Studio-Apartment (Monolocale) for 2 persons: Studio-apartment with kitchenette, double bed, bathroom and veranda (veranda: 18 m²). 2-Room-Apartments (Bilo) for 4 persons: Kitchen-lounge with double sleeping sofa and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, veranda or balcony (veranda/balcony: approximately 18 m²) 3-Room-Apartments (Trilo) for 6 persons: Kitchen-lounge with two sleeping sofas and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, veranda or balcony (veranda/balcony: approximately 18 m²). All apartments have TV, fridge and fully equipped kitchen-lounge.
CAMPING Our Camping area extends over 5 hectares and is situated directly in front of the beach. It consists of 300 pitches. Our guests love the typical mediterranean vegetation with shady trees (pines, acacia, eucalyptus, tamarisks and poplars). The size of a pitch for campers or caravans goes from 60 to 110 m2. There are 5 sanitary facilities with bathrooms and warm showers (free use, 24/24). Moreover, there are also sanitary facilities for disabled persons.
RESIDENCE VURGHE Die Residence Vurghe besteht aus zwei gemauerten Appartementkomplexen mit insgesamt 48 Wohnungen (Fertigstellung im Sommer 2006), die sich teilweise im Erdgeschoß und teilweise im ersten Stock befinden. Die geräumigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartements sind von einer gepflegten Gartenanlage umgeben und verfügen allesamt über Meerblick. Nur rund 25 Meter trennen die Appartements vom breiten und gepflegten Sandstrand. Alle Appartements verfügen über TV, Kühlschrank und komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche. CAMPING Unser Campingbereich erstreckt sich über ein 5 ha großes Gelände direkt am Strand und teilt sich in 300 Plätze auf. Unsere Gäste schätzen die typisch mediterrane Vegetation, durchsetzt von Schatten spendenden Pinien, Akazien, Eukalyptusbäumen, Tamarisken und Pappeln. Die Größe eines Stellplatzes für Wohnwägen oder Campingmobile liegt zwischen 60 und 110 m2. Über den gesamten Campingbereich verteilt stehen den Gästen 5 Sanitäranlagen mit Bädern und kostenlosen Warmwasserduschen (rund um die Uhr in Betrieb) zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch behindertengerechte Sanitäranlagen.

Crotone a circa mt. 1000 dal centro del paese Ciro' Marina, rinomato per
la produzione del vino Doc Ciro'. Il centro vacanze PUNTA ALICE,
armonicamente inserito nella natura lussureggiante del Sud, Vi
permetterà di godere in pace e tranquillità la Vostra vacanza, di
immergervi nei fondali di un mare incontaminato (4 volte bandiera blu) e
di scoprire le bellezze archeologiche e folkloristiche della Calabria e
della Sila. Il complesso su estende su 6 ettari di terreno ed è composto
da due residence ed una zona Camping. La struttura per la sua vicinanza
al mare, è particolarmente indicata per tutte le fasce d'età dalle
famiglie con bambini, ai giovani ed agli anziani.
The Holiday Village “Punta Alice” is situated between Sibari and Crotone
on the East Coast of Calabria (Jonic Sea), about 1 km from the centre of
Cirò Marina, famous for the production of the tasteful Cirò wine. It is
located right in front of the Sea, surrounded harmonically by a
luxuriant mediterranean vegetation, and offers its guests quiet and
relaxing holidays at the incontaminated Sea (Cirò Marina has been
awarded for the fouth time Blue Flag status for beaches and marinas that
demonstrate high environmental standards and good sanitary and safety
facilities) and close to the architectural and folcloristic highlights
of Calabria and the Sila-Plateau. The Holiday Village has a surface of 6
hectares which is divided into 2 Apartment complexes (Residences) and
one Camping area. Because of the immediate access to the beach, Punta
Alice is an ideal location for guests of all ages: Youngsters, as well
as families with children and the older generation are all enjoying
their stay at Punta Alice.
Die Ferienanlage “Punta Alice” befindet sich in direkter Strandlage an
der Ionischen Küste Kalabriens, auf halbem Weg zwischen den Ortschaften
Sibari und Crotone, ca. 1 km außerhalb des Ortszentrums von Ciro'
Marina, das bekannt ist für die Produktion des Doc-Weins Cirò. Die
Ferienanlage fügt sich harmonisch in die üppige mediterrane Vegetation
ein und bietet den Gästen ruhige und erholsame Ferien umgeben vom
kristallklaren Meer (4 mal mit der “Blauen Flagge”, dem Europäischen
Wassergütesiegel für gute Wasserqualität ausgezeichnet) und den
archäologischen und folkloristischen Highlights Kalabriens und der
Sila-Hochebene. Die Ferienanlage erstreckt sich über 6 Hektar Land und
ist in zwei Appartementanlagen (Residence) und einen Campingbereich
unterteilt. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer eignet sich Punta Alice
für alle Altersgruppen: sowohl Jugendliche als auch Familien mit Kindern
