La casa è deliziata da una magnifica vista che si apre a perdita d'occhio sugli ulivi, sui boschi e sui colori della campagna toscana nonché sulle torri di San Gimignano. E' una vecchia casa colonica, già presente nel catasto Leopoldino risalente al 1700 circa, completamente ristrutturata come era originalmente e divisa in quattro appartamenti più una suite.
The Podere (Farmhouse) The Podere Casanuova, a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of San Gimignano, is a 17 th century farmhouse (already listed on the Leopoldino land registry), which has been restored to the highest standards and restructured into self – contained apartments. It offers every modern comfort jet retains all the period charm of the original 17 th century buildings. From behind the thick stone walls, it provides a quiet and peaceful refuge, a place in which to retire to, from the heat and noise of city life in an atmosphere of old world tranquillity. Genau in der Mitte dieser herrlichen Region befindet sich San Gimignano, ein mittelalterlicher Ort reich an Geschichte und Kunstschätzen. Das Gut Hinter seinen dicken Steinwänden von Podere Casanuova herrscht völliger Frieden, ideal, um aus der drückenden Hitze in der Stadt zu fliehen. Vom Anwesen aus hat man einen herrlich weit reichenden Blick über Olivenhaine, Wälder und auf die typischen Farben der toskanischen Landschaft sowie San Gimignano. Podere Casanuova ist ein antikes Gutshaus, welches bereits im Leopoldinischen Katasteramt um 1700 präsent war. Es wurde von Grund auf restauriert, genau so, wie es ursprünglich war und in vier Ferienwohnungen sowie eine Suite unterteilt.
