Situata a 550 metri di altitudine nel cuore della Gallura, distante 20 minuti di auto dal mare della Costa Paradiso e dell' Isola Rossa e 5 km da Tempio Pausania, La Vignaredda è un'antica dimora signorile affacciata su uno dei più bei paesaggi della Sardegna. La residenza si trova ad Aggius, famoso per le seghettate creste granitiche della Valle della Luna e per la tessitura ancora vivissima di tappeti ed arazzi. Dal 2005 Aggius fa parte dei comuni segnalati con la Bandiera Arancione dal Touring Club Italiano. La Bandiera Arancione è il marchio di qualità turistico ambientale per l'entroterra italiano. Un accurato restauro conservativo ha trasformato la casa in confortevole residenza per vacanze e restituito all'originale splendore le pareti di granito a vista, i camini e gli arredi originali d'epoca, diversi per ogni camera ed appartamento secondo gli stili fine ottocento, Liberty e artigianale sardo. L'atmosfera serena e romantica si unisce con l'ospitalità calda e amichevole e rende La Vignaredda la base ideale per una vacanza che combina relax e possibilità di esplorare gli affascinanti itinerari paesaggistici e culturali dei dintorni.

La Vignaredda dispone di 4 appartamenti di diverse dimensioni completamente arredati e di 2 camere con bagno privato. La colazione è preparata con prodotti locali dell’orto e del frutteto e viene servita in giardino durante la bella stagione, nel grande salotto con camino in inverno. Gli ospiti degli appartamenti possono prenotare la fornitura delle specialità gastronomiche. Al loro arrivo troveranno in cucina un ricco «paniere» di cibi golosi e bevande (per minimo 2 persone). Il “Paniere” include: pane, burro, acqua minerale, vino, soft drinks, latte, yogurt, uova, caffè, tea, zucchero, marmellata, formaggi tipici, salame tipico, verdura e frutta di stagione.

I servizi disponibili sono televisione in camera e appartamento, cassaforte in camera, possibilità uso telefono e connessione internet (a pagamento). Giardino ed ampio solarium; parcheggio interno scoperto. Prenotazione ristoranti tipici, prenotazione escursioni naturalistiche e archeologiche.   Located 550 metres above sea level, in the very heart of the Gallura area, La Vignaredda is an ancient manor house that looks over one of the most beautiful landscapes of Sardinia. A 20 minute drive will take you to the Costa Paradiso coastline and the famous Isola Rossa (Red Island), and you are just 45 minutes from the Emerald Coast, and 5 km from Tempio Pausania. The residence is situated in the town of Aggius, famous for the rugged granite crests of the Valle della Luna (Valley of the Moon) and for the tradition of weaving rugs and tapestries, that is still very much alive today. Aggius was awarded the Orange Flag – a mark of quality environmental tourism in inland Italy - by the Touring Club Italiano in 2005. Careful and conservative restoration work has transformed the house into a comfortable residence for holidays, and has restored the visible granite walls, fireplaces and original furnishings, different for each room and apartment, to the splendour of their original late nineteenth century, Liberty style and Sardinian handicraft. The peaceful, romantic atmosphere blends with the friendly, welcoming hospitality, making La Vignaredda the ideal place for a holiday that combines relaxation and the opportunity to explore fascinating and cultural landscapes and surrounding areas.

La Vignaredda boasts 4 differently sized and fully furnished apartments, and 2 rooms with private bathrooms. Breakfast is prepared with locally-grown products and fruit from the orchards, and is served in the garden during summer, and in the large lounge area with open fireplace, during the winter. Visitors staying in the apartments can book supplies of gastronomic specialities. Upon arrival, they will find a rich ‘hamper’ of tasty food and drinks (for a minimum of 2 people). The ‘hamper’ includes: bread, butter, mineral water, wine, soft drinks, milk, yoghurt, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, traditional cheeses, traditional cold meats, and seasonal fruit and vegetables.

The following services are available: television in the rooms and apartments, safe in the rooms, telephone use and internet connection (for a fee). There is a garden and large sunbathing area, as well as an uncovered internal car park. We can book traditional restaurants for you, as well as nature trips and archaeological excursions. Guided tours can be organised to artisan laboratories where cork and granite are worked, to see artwork involving gold and filigree, carpet weaving, and bread making. Eine akkurate und erhaltende Restaurierung hat das Haus zu einer komfortablen Ferienresidenz umgewandelt und seinen Granitwänden, den Kaminen und der antiken Original-Einrichtung den ursprünglichen Glanz wieder verliehen. Die Einrichtung in jedem Zimmer und in jeder Wohnung ist gemäß der Stile des ausgehenden 19. Jahrhunderts, des Jugendstils und des sardischen Handwerks verschieden. Die heitere und romantische Atmosphäre verbindet sich mit der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft und macht La Vignaredda zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ferien, die Entspannung und die Möglichkeit, die faszinierenden Landschafts- und Kulturreiserouten der Umgebung zu entdecken, kombinieren. La Vignaredda verfügt über 4 Wohnungen verschiedener Größen, komplett eingerichtet und mit 2 Zimmern mit privatem Bad. Das Frühstück wird mit lokalen Produkten aus dem Gemüse- und Obstgarten zubereitet und wird während der schönen Jahreszeit im Garten, im Winter im großen Salon mit Kamin serviert. Die Gäste der Wohnungen können die Lieferung von gastronomischen Spezialitäten buchen. Bei ihrer Ankunft werden sie in der Küche einen reichhaltigen «Korb» mit leckeren Speisen und Getränken (für mindestens 2 Personen) vorfinden. Der “Korb” beinhaltet: Brot, Butter, Mineralwasser, Wein, Soft Drinks, Milch, Joghurt, Eier, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Marmelade, typische Käsesorten, typische Salami, Gemüse und Obst der Saison. Der Service beinhaltet Fernsehen auf den Zimmern und in den Wohnungen, Safe im Zimmer, Möglichkeit der Telefonbenutzung und der Internetverbindung (zu bezahlen). A 20 minutes en voiture de la Costa Paradiso et de l’Isola Rossa, à 45 minutes de la Costa Smeralda et à 5 km de Tempio Pausania, la résidence se trouve à Aggius, célèbre pour les crêtes granitiques en dents de scie de la Vallée de la Lune et pour la tradition encore très vive de production de tapis et tapisseries. Depuis 2005, Aggius fait partie des communes signalées par le Touring Club Italien avec un drapeau orange. Le drapeau orange est le label de qualité touristique environnementale de l’arrière-pays italien. Une restauration conservative soignée a transformé cette maison en une confortable résidence de vacances et a redonné leur splendeur originelle aux murs de granit apparent, aux cheminées et à la décoration d’époque ; à chaque chambre et à chaque appartement son style propre : fin dix-neuvième siècle, Art Nouveau ou artisanat sarde. Le « Panier » inclut : pain, beurre, eau minérale, vin, boissons sans alcool, lait, yaourths, œufs, café, thé, sucre, confiture, fromages et charcuteries typiques, légumes et fruits de saison.
