nord di Udine, lungo la sponda sinistra del Torre, Vi č adagiato
Belvedere di Povoletto, un paesino in posizione tranquilla che offre una
meravigliosa vista del paesaggio cho lo circonda. Al centro di questo
paesino si trova la "DOMUS MAGNA" dei Partistagno, dimora storica del XV
secolo, prima villa veneta del Friuli, recentemente ristrutturata nel
rispetto di ogni dettaglio antico. Circondata da un ampio giardino cinto
da mura, sorge in mezzo a 5 ettari di campagna dove si trova anche una
piscina. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono tre camere con bagno
privato; Le stanze sono arredate in stile adeguato alla casa. La
colazione di tipo continentale viene servita nella sala della Trifora o
in giardino. Inoltre disponiamo di un parcheggio privato. Da Belvedere
di Povoletto sono facilmente raggiungibili Udine, cuore e simbolo della
terra friulana; Cividale, cittą Longobarda; Aquileia, antico centro
dell'Impero Romano; Grado e Lignano, cittą balneari e centri termali;
S.Daniele, famoso per il suo prosciutto crudo; Gemona e Venzone, cittą
medioevali.
Belvedere di Povoletto is a quiet little village with lovely views of
the surrounding countryside, located on the left bank of the Torre river,
just a few minutes' drive North of Udine. Belvedere is the seat of the
"Domus Magna" ("large house" in Latin), the first Venetian villa in
Friuli, built in the XVth century by the patriarcan family Partistagno
and recently restored to its original beauty with painstaking attention
to all historical and architectural details. The villa sits on a 5
hectare (12 acres) idyllic countryside estate, including a swimming pool
and a large lawn garden encircled by a stone wall. There are three
elegantly furnished and spacious guestrooms, each with its own private
bathroom. Continental breakfast is served the Trifora room (a trifora, a
tripartite gothic stone window, is one of the hallmarks of the house) or
in the garden. Belvedere is just a few minutes' drive from Udine (the
regional capital and cultural heart of Friuli), Cividale (founded by
Julius Ceasar and 8th century capital of one of the Longobard duchies)
and San Daniele (world-renowned for its cured ham "prosciutto"). Further
afield, but still within an hour's drive are Aquileia (at one point the
second largest city in the Roman Empire), Grado and Lignano (famous
sea-resort and spas), and the medieval towns of Gemona and Venzone.
Noerdlich von Udine, entlang des linken Ufers des Baches Torre, befindet
sich in der Gemeinde Povoletto die Ortschaft Belvedere.Ein kleines,ruhig
gelegenes Dorf, das einen wuenderschoenen Blick auf die umliegende
Landschaft bietet. Im Zentrum dieses Dorfes befindet sich die "DOMUS
MAGNA" der Familie Partistagno;historischer Wohnsitz aus dem 15.
Jahrundert und erste venezianische Villa im Friaul,heute von der Familie
Sebatianutto/Pelizzo bewohnt. Die Villa wurde neulich unter Einhaltung
jedes einzelnen antiken Details renoviert.Umgeben von einen grossen
Garten und eingegrnzt mit einer Steinmauer, steht die Villa inmitten von
5 Hektaren Land, wo sich auch ein Schwimmbecken befindet.Den Gaesten
stehen 3 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad zur Verfuegung. Die Zimmer sind im Stil
des Hauses entsprechend eingerichtet. Das Fruehstueck nach europaeischer
Art wird sowohl in dem Trifora-Saal als auch im Garten serviert. Wir
verfuegen ausserdem ueber einen eigenen privaten Parkplatz. Von
Belvedere aus kann man leicht die in der Umgebung liegenden Stadte und
Orte erreichen; Udine Herz und Wahrzeichen der friaulischen Region;
Cividale del Friuli,langobardische Stradt; Aquilea, antikes Zentrum des
roemischen Reiches; Grado und Lignano,bekannte Bade-und Kurorte; San
Daniele del Friuli, beruehmt durch seinen Rohschinken; Gemona del Friuli
und Venzone,mittelalterliche Staedte.
