Di proprietà della famiglia Bleggi dal 1961, inizia a farsi conoscere come albergo-ristorante con 15 camere e 46 posti a sedere nella sala ristorante. Alla metà degli anni ‘80 vengono introdotte nel menù alcuni tipi di pizza fatte in teglie con forno elettrico. Nel 1991 nasce la Pizzeria-Ristorante-Residence-Trieste e la struttura subisce un radicale cambiamento. Vengono creati 8 appartamenti suddivisi in monolocali e bilocali di varia metratura, alcuni di questi si affacciano sulla tranquilla di notte e frequentatissima di giorno Via Fiume, ricca di locali, negozi di qualunque articolo, artigiani, atelier, boutique, mentre altri hanno come vista il M.Rocchetta, montagna che sovrasta Riva del Garda. Il vecchio ristorante viene ampliato a 110 posti ed introdotto il forno a legna dove ora si possono gustare una cinquantina di prelibate pizze rigorosamente tirate a mano. A soli 80 mt. si trova il porto da dove partono a tutte le ore traghetti e battelli per piacevoli escursioni nelle altre cittadine Gardesane, abbracciato dalla elegante piazza III Novembre delimitata da costruzioni in stile lombardo-veneto, al cui interno si trova la Torre Apponale simbolo di Riva.

Poco distante proseguendo a piedi per le vie di Riva o costeggiando il lungolago si erge dal 1124 a difesa del litorale la Rocca (ora sede del museo civico), circondata da un canale e collegata alle vie di Riva da un ponte levatoio, tutt’attorno colorati giardini sono teatro di piacevoli passeggiate.
