tipica ed autentica costruzione dell’architettura alpina
occitana/provenzale edificata nel corso del XVIII secolo, ristrutturata
nel rigoroso rispetto degli endemismi locali, mediante l’uso esclusivo
di materiali naturali (pietra e legno) ed eco-compatibili (pitture ad
acqua ed olio; isolanti acustici e termici in derivati del legno).
ALPES d’OC Morinesio mette a
disposizione degli ospiti residence indipendenti ed autonomi di varie
superfici – da 45 a 60 metri quadrati circa – dotati di ambienti
arredati, bagno privato, cucina/living attrezzata, camera da letto,
balconi, ripostiglio, locale per servizi comuni, area verde privata.

dell’ambiente, integrità del territorio, tipicità della cultura e delle

Tutti gli appartamenti sono
di 60 m2 circa.
È possibile aggiungere fino a 2 poltrone letto in ciascuno degli
appartamenti Annalisa e Isabella; 1 poltrona letto nell´appartamento
Panorama ( capacità totale fino a 11 persone).
É ammesso un solo animale e solo se bene educato.
I prezzi si intendono per 2 persone; ogni persona in più da € 30,00 a €
50,00 alla settimana
Per i bambini fino a 6 anni la permanenza è gratuita.

In tutti gli appartamenti vige la scrupolosa osservanza del divieto di

Morinesio – Comune of Stroppo – (Cuneo) at about 1.500 meters of height
in a wonderful and sunny position on the slopes of the Nebin mountain; a
natural balcony with an overwhelming view on the Cozie Alps. Morinesio
is a fine small village both of stone and wooden houses and inner
natural streets.

represents a typical and authentic construction of the alpine Occitane/Provencal
model of architecture which was erected during the 18th century.
Recently restored in full respect of local endemism through an exclusive
use of natural materials (stone and wood) and also of eco- compatible
ones (paintings in water and oil; acoustic and thermal isolators made of
derivates of wood).
ALPES d’OC Morinesio offers
to its guests independent and autonomous apartments of various areas –
from approximately 45 to 60 q. metres. These apartments are provided
with furniture, private bathroom, comfortable kitchen/living-room,
bedroom, balconies, lumber-rooms, locals for common services, private
green area.

Morinesio represents harmony and tastes of the Occitane and Provencal
Mountains, or, in other words the environment’s genuinity, the
territory’s integrity as well as the local culture and traditions’

ALPES d’OC Morinesio ist eine Ferienhaus-Residenz, die sich in Morinesio,
einem Ortsteil von Stroppo (Provinz Cuneo) auf etwa 1500 m Höhe,
befindet. Morinesio liegt auf einem natürlichen Balkon in Sonnenlage, am
Fuße des Berges Nebin.Von hier aus eröffnet sich eine spektakuläre Sicht
auf die Cottischen Alpen. Morinesio ist ein kleines Dorf mit aus Stein
und Holz erbauten Häusern und Naturgassen.
ALPES d’OC Morinesio ist ein
typisches und authentisches Gebäude der okzitanischen und
provenzalischen Alpenarchitektur, dass im Laufe des 18. Jahrhunderts
gebaut wurde und restauriert wurde ohne die örtlichen endemismen zu
verändern. Bei den Renovierungsarbeiten wurden nur natürliche und
öko-kompatible Materialien (Stein und Holz), die vor Ort vorkommen,
verwendet. Die akustischen und thermischen Isolationen sind aus Holz.
ALPES d’OC Morinesio bietet
den Gästen Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe – zwischen 45 und 60
Quadratmetern – die alle möbliert sind. Folgende Räume stehen zur
Verfügung: Privatbadezimmer, ausgerüstete Küche/Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer,
Balkon, Abstellkammer, Raum für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, private
Grünfläche.

maisons en pierre et bois et des petites ruelles en galets et terre
battue.

Stroppo, en la zona montañosa del valle de Maira, a aproximadamente 1500
m sobre el nivel del mar. Esta casa goza de una excelente posición
soleada de orientación sur, en la ladera del monte Nebin; todo un balcón
natural con espectaculares vistas a los Alpes Cocios.
Alpes d´OC Morinesio es un típico y auténtico ejemplo de la arquitectura
occitana-provenzal alpina; la casa data del año 1700 y ha sido
construida exclusivamente con materiales nobles –piedra y madera de
alerce– y respetuosos con el medio ambiente (derivados de la madera,
aceites, cal).
Alpes d´OC Morinesio se compone de tres apartamentos autónomos e
independientes, de 60 m2 cada uno, completamente equipados y decorados
con elegancia.
Ideal para familias, parejas y grupos de dos a cuatro personas por
