  Das Hotel Restaurant Principe di Salina befindet sich in Salina, der üppigsten und grünsten Insel des Äolischen Archipels. Die 12 Zimmer, die sich in Gebäudeteilen befinden, die vom Hauptgebäude getrennt sind, sind funktional eingerichtet und gehen auf einladende, private Terrassen hinaus, die alle Meeresblick haben. Alle Zimmer haben Satellitenfernsehen, eine Minibar, einen Safe, Direktwahltelefon und Haartrockner und sind klimatisiert.

Ouvert en 2005, dans une parfaite harmonie avec le paysage environnant, l’hotel a été réalisé en respectant le style eolien le plus typique avec « i puleri », les basses colonnes qui soutiennent les poutres de chataignier sur les quelles s’appuient les treillages des terrasses ; « i bisuoli », les bancs en pierre avec les palets qui rappellent les graphiques des vieilles céramiques du suite; le blanc aveuglant des murs et le rouge des bandeaux des portes, les couleurs du soleil et de la terre.

Les meubles de l’intérieur tout de meme ne sont pas au dessous : dans un climat élégant et sobre dans sa simplicité, chaque morceau d’antiquité ou seulement « vécu » par ce que appartenu à la famille des propriétaires, devient une partie essentielle de la maison eolienne.
