Situato in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, immerso in un paesaggio ricco di colori e di coltivazioni di girasoli e grano, il nostro residence dista 10 km dall'antica città etrusca di Cortona, sede di monumenti artistici, musei e molteplici attività culturali (vi ricordiamo la prestigiosa mostra del mobile antico che si svolge ogni anno alla fine del mese di Agosto ). Il lago Trasimeno che con le sue spiagge si trova proprio di fronte al nostro casale vi offre la possibilità di effettuare bellissime escursioni in battello e di praticare numerosi sports nautici. A breve distanza si possono inoltre visitare le rinomate città di Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Arezzo, Firenze e Roma, centri artistici e culturali di interesse internazionale.

Il Boschetto del Lago dispone di un ampio parcheggio coperto, di barbecue e tavoli da giardino per ogni appartamento, che vi permetteranno di cucinare e mangiare all'aperto. Sono inoltre a disposizione dei clienti una moderna piscina di m. 14 x 8 con solarium dotato di sdraio ed ombrelloni, pallavolo, ping-pong, bocce, lavanderia automatica. Maneggio a pochi Km di distanza per effettuare gite a cavallo. Tutti gli appartamenti sono molto grandi , dispongono di arredamento in stile ed ottimo confort. Impianto di riscaldamento autonomo, telefono e tv color. Affittiamo per intere settimane e week-end. Vi aspettiamo dunque per trascorrere insieme una vacanza in pieno relax e divertimento.

"Il Boschetto del Lago" offers ample covered parking facilities and a modern swimming-pool (14x18), solarium with deck-chairs and beach umbrellas, volley-ball ground, ping-pong, bowls, bikes, launderette (automatic washing machine). Each apartment is equipped with its own barbecue, garden furniture, central heating, telephone and t.v. color. Weekly and weekend bookings accepted.

  An der Grenze zwischen Umbrien und TosKana, eingebettet in einer lieblichen grunen Ebene und umgeben von einem Pinienwald und einem weitflachigen Park befindet sich unser antikes Landhaus, das wir vor kurzem restauriert und in 6 unabhangige Wohnungen umgewandelt haben. Unser Residence liegt in ruhiger Lage mit schoner Aussicht, immitten einer farbenfreudigen Natur, reich an Weizen-und Sonnenblumenfeldern, nicht weiter als 10 km von der antiken etruskischen Sradt Cortona entfernt, beruhmt fur ihre Museen, kunstleriscen Denkmaler und ihnen vieleeitig kulturellen Aktivitaten ( wir erinnen an die angesehene Ausstellung antiker Mobrl, die jedes Jahr gegen Ende des Manats August stattfindet).

Der See Trasimeno liegt mit dem Schiff an und Sie konnen dort zahlreiche Wassersportarten aussuben. Nicht weit entfernt konnen Sie beruhmte Stadte wie Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Arezzo, Florenz und Rom besichtigen, Zentren der Kunst und Kultur von internationalem Interesse. Il Boschetto del Lago verfugt uber einen grossen, uberdachten Parkplatz, jedes Apartment hat Barbecue und Gartenmobel, die das Kochen und Essen in Freien ermoglichen. . Ausserdem steht den Gasten ein 14x8 Meter grosser Swimmingpool und eine Sonnenterasse mit Liegestuhlen und Sonnenschirmen zur Verfugung, volley-ball, tischtennis, Bocciaspiel, fahrrader, automatik wascherei.
