Gli appartamenti fanno parte di un caseggiato costruito nel 1570 e posto
in un borgo storico, ristrutturato completamente negli anni 1999/2000,
cercando di mantenere intatte o riportando alla luce le caratteristiche
dell'immobile.Si trova a 500 metri dal centro di Bergamo (Teatro
Donizetti) e a 1000 metri dall'inizio di Città Alta, il Borgo è servito
di tutto, bar, pasticcerie, ristoranti, supermercati, rosticcerie,
pizzerie, negozi specializzati, oreficerie, boutiques di medio e alto
livello, banche, chiese cattoliche, c'è tutto quanto può servire anche
il superfluo.E' possibile parcheggiare con parcheggio libero o custudito
a 100/200 metri dal residence, i parcheggi sulla strada sono
regolamentati a tempo.Nello stesso stabile è posto il ristorante " Ol
Giopì e la Margì " che nel suo ampio e curato menù offre tutti i piatti
tradizionali della cucina tipica locale accompagnandoli con gli ottimi
vini delle Valli Bergamasche. Il ristorante offre, volendo, la
possibilità di ordinare la cena facendola portare direttamente
nell'appartamento allo stesso costo, come se consumata al tavolo del
ristorante (servizio catering).
