 Il
rustico, su due piani, è una piccola ma "storica" costruzione
indipendente, immersa nel verde dei circostanti vigneti di Prosecco DOC,
produzione principale dell'Azienda. Nei secoli passati fu infatti dimora
e laboratorio di artigiani produttori delle famose "olle" locali,
pentole di coccio per uso domestico. L'alloggio è composto da una
cucina-soggiorno con caminetto al piano terra e da camera e bagno al
piano superiore.Ben situata a metà strada tra Venezia e le Dolomiti
ampezzane, la località di Rolle è un piccolo paese che ha mantenuto
intatta la propria tradizionale vocazione viti-vinicola. A
riconoscimento dell' incontaminato fascino di questo paesaggio
culturale, il sito di Rolle con i caratteristici vigneti che lo
circondano è stato, unico in Italia, recentemente nominato "Borgo Punto
FAI".Il territorio collinare della zona ben si presta ad escursioni a
piedi o in bicicletta e le vicine Prealpi offrono possibilità di
praticare sci escursionistico d'inverno e passeggiate variamente
impegnative d'estate.Nelle immediate vicinanze numerose sono le mete di
carattere storico-culturale quali l'Abbazia di Follina, il Castello di
Cison di Valmarino o l'antico centro di Vittorio Veneto. Facilmente
raggiungibili sono anche i centri storici di Asolo, Bassano, Feltre e
Belluno.In Azienda si possono acquistare vino Prosecco Doc, olio, noci,
castagne.
Come arrivare: autostrada A 27, uscita Vittorio Veneto nord, imboccare
la
pedemontana direzione Valdobbiadene, a Follina girare a sinistra
direzione
Pieve di Soligo, dopo 1,5 km. in località La Bella girare ancora a
sinistra e
risalire la collina seguendo le indicazioni.
The two-storey country house is a small, detached and
historic building surrounded by vineyards of Prosecco Doc, our staple
produce. In past centuries it used to be home and workshop of
craftsmen, producers of the famous local crocks, called “olle”. The
cottage is made up of a kitchen-living room with a fireplace on the
ground floor and a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.The
small hamlet of Rolle, situated in an enchanting spot half-way between
Venice and the Dolomites, on the Prosecco road, has maintained its
century-old vine-wine tradition. Because of the unspoilt charm of this
historic and cultural landscape, the locality of Rolle with its typical
surrounding vineyards has recently been given, unique in Italy, an
honorary title by the F.A.I., Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano, the
equivalent of the National Trust.The gentle rolling hills offer ideal
opportunities for bikers and hikers, and the nearby Pre-Alps are a
favourite place for breath-taking excursions and also for skiing in
winter. Very close to Rolle are many places of historic and cultural
interest: the Cistercian Abbey in Follina, the Medieval Castle of Cison
di Valmarino and the ancient town of Vittorio Veneto, but also renowned
historic towns such Asolo, Bassano, Feltre and Belluno are within easy
reach.In our winery it’s possible to buy Prosecco Doc wine, olive oil,
nuts and chestnuts.How to get to Rolle: motorway A27, exit Vittorio
Veneto Nord, take the road towards Valdobbiadene, at Follina turn left
towards Pieve di Soligo, 1,5 Km ahead, at La Bella, turn left again and
drive up the hills following the signs.
Das Ferienhäuschen steht mitten in der traumhaften
Weinberglandschaft eines kleinen Weinguts in der Ortschaft Rolle, in dem
hauptsächlich Prosecco Doc erzeugt wird. Während der letzten
Jahrhunderte diente das zweistöckige Gebäude als Werkstatt und Wohnung
für Handwerker die Steinguttöpfe - die sogenannten “olle” - erzeugten.
Nach sorgfältigen Renovationsarbeiten wurde das ehemalige
Wirtschaftsgebäude in ein entzückendes Ferienhäuschen mit Wohnraum mit
Kamin und einer Kitchenette im Erdgeschoss und einem Schlafzimmer mit
Badezimmer im ersten Stock umgewandelt.Das besonders günstig auf halbem
Wege zwischen Venedig und den Ampezzaner Dolomiten gelegene Rolle ist
ein kleines Dorf, das seine traditionelle Berufung zum Weinbau bis zum
heutigen Tag unberührt erhalten hat. Der ursprüngliche Reiz und somit
auch der kulturelle Wert dieser Landschaft, des Standortes Rolle, sowie
der umliegenden, in Italien einzigartigen, Terrassenweinberge wurde mit
der Auszeichnung als “Punto FAI” durch den Italienischen Fonds für den
Schutz der Landschaft auch offiziell anerkannt.Die umliegende
Hügellandschaft ist für Wanderungen und Radfahrten besonders geeignet
und die naheliegenden Voralpen bieten sich im Winter für Schitouren und
im Sommer für Wanderungen unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgrades an.In
der unmittelbaren Nähe von Rolle befinden sich auch zahlreiche
Kulturziele, wie die Abtei von Follina, die Burg von Cison di Valmarino
und die Altstadt von Vittorio Veneto, sowie, etwas weiter entfernt,
Asolo, um nur einige zu nennen.Bei den Besitzern können Sie ausserdem
eine Auswahl von Lokalprodukten, wie Prosecco Doc, Öl, Nüsse und
Kastanien erwerben.Wie
kommen Sie zu uns: Autobahn A27, Ausfahrt Vittorio Veneto nord, nehmen
Sie die Pedemontana-Strasse in Richtung Valdobbiadene. Bei Follina
biegen Sie links Richtung Pieve di Soligo ab un fahren Sie 1 Km weiter.
In der Ortschaft La Bella biegen Sie erneut nach links, fahren Sie den
Hügel auf und folgen Sie dann der Beschilderung bis zu Ihrem Ziel.
.La maison d’hôte est située en plein milieu des
pittoresques vignobles d’un petit domaine qui produit le Prosecco DOC.
Petite de taille, il s’agit néanmoins du’une construction historique.
Autrefois habitation et atelier d’artisans qui travaillaient les “olle”,
les traditionnels pots en terre cuite, elle a étée restorée et
transformée en ravissante petite maison d’hôte sur deux étages, composée
d’un petit living avec cheminèe et d’une kitchenette au rez-de-chaussée
et d’une chambre à coucher avec salle de bain au premier étage. Rolle,
en position idéale à mi chemin entre Venise et les Dolomites d’Ampezzo,
est un petit village qui a su conserver intacte sa traditionnelle
vocation vinicole. La beauté de son paysage, la particularité du site de
Rolle et de ses vignobles en terrasses lui ont valu l’attribution du
label « point d’interet » du FAI, le Fond Italien pour la conservation
de l’environnement. Les collines autour de Rolle offrent d’innombrables
possibilités de promenades ou d’excursions en vélo et les Préalpes, tout
près, se prêtent pour pratiquer le ski de randonnée en hiver ou pour des
randonnées pedestres en êté.Dans les alentours immédiats de Rolle se
trouvent plusieurs sites d’intérêt culturel, tels que l’abbaye de
Follina, le château de Cison di Valmarino ou l’ancien centre ville
Vittorio Veneto, ou, un peu plus loin, Asolo, pour ne citer que les plus
connus.Les proprietaires vous proposent également une selection de
produits du terroir : Prosecco DOC, huile d’olive, noix et
châtaignes.Comment arriver à la maison d’hôte: Autoroute A27, sortie
Vittorio Veneto nord, emprunter la route direction Valdobbiadene et la
suivre jusqu’à Follina. Continuer en direction Pieve di Soligo pour 1,5
Km. A La Bella tourner à gauche (flêche Rolle), puis remonter la colline
en suivant les panneaux.
