I Casali sono stati ristrutturati cercando di conservare tutti i materiali d'allora, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità di un' Azienda agricola di circa Ha. 18, dislocata tra i Comuni di Gualdo - Sarnano - S.Martino - Servigliano.
La posizione, ampiamente panoramica, spazia dai monti Sibillini (Sassotetto), al mare Adriatico (Porto S.Giorgio - S.Benedetto).
Il complesso si compone di quattro Casali Rurali che forma un piccola Borgo denominato "C.da le Fosse". In ogni casale è stato realizzato un appartamento con tutti i servizi e comfort occorrenti per trascorrere una splendida vacanza, tranquilla e rilassante; ad ognuno dei quali è stato assegnato il nome di piante, originarie del luogo.

Potrete effettuare delle belle passeggiate, a piedi o in mountain bike, lungo strade o sentieri immersi nel verde di boschi e prati e provare la gioia della vita di campagna.
Seguire il percorso turistico "paesaggi d'acqua" al quale è stato assegnato il premio Miflor 1999;
oppure raggiungere le vette innevate dei monti Sibillini e godersi il paesaggio e l'incantevole lago di Pilato.
Godersi lo splendido mare della Riviera Adriatica che dista Km. 36 circa, sulle incantevoli spiagge di Porto S.Giorgio - Grottammare - S.Benedetto o del promontorio di Monte Conero.
Per gli appassionati della storia e della cultura, visitare gli scavi del teatro romano ad Urbisaglia, le varie Abbazie della zona, la Basilica di Loreto, gli splendidi centri storici delle cittadine di Macerata-Fermo-Saranano-S.Ginesio, ecc.

  We invitate you to spend a pleasant holiday, accomodating you in rural Country houses of 1800, recently restructured. The Country houses have been restructured, trying you to conserve all the old materials and they are, dipped in the green and the quite of an agricultural Company of approximately Ha. 18, dislocated between the Town Hill of Gualdo- Sarnano- S. Martino- Servigliano. The widepanoramic position, spaces from the Sibillini mountains (Sassotetto), to the Adriatic sea (Porto S. Giorgio-S. Benedetto).

The complex is made up of four Rural Country houses that form a small Borgo called “C.da Fosse". In every Country house it has been realised an apartment with all the services and conforts being necessary in order to pass one splendid vacation, calm and relaxant; to each, it of them been assigned the name of plants, originally of the place. You will be able to do beautiful walks, on foot or by mountain bike, along roads or paths dipped the green of forest and fields and to try the joy of the rural life. Die ländliche Häuser sind wiedergebaut mit dieselben materialen als früher, in das Grüne und in das Ruhig einer Landwirtschaftsfirma 18 Hectar ungefähr, gestellt zwischen Rathaus von Gualdo-Sarnano-S.Martino-Servigliano.

Die Position, weitlich panoramic, steht von den Gebirgen Sibillini (Sassotetto), bis Adriatic Meer (Porto S. Giorgio-S. Benedetto). Der Komplex hat vier ländliche Flauser, die ein kleines Burg geheisst “C.da Fosse”, macht. In jedem ländlichem Haus, wird eine Wohnung mit alle Bedienung und Konfort gebaut, nötig für eine schöne, bequeme und lässige Urlaub; einer Name von Pflanzen wird sie zuteilt, den von diesem Ort gebürtig sind. Sie werden spazierengehen können, zu fuss oder mit Mountanbike, entlang strassen oder Weg in den grünen Wälder und Wiesen und probieren Sie das leben des Landwirtschafts.
